    I cannot say enough good things about Ruben. We had a 2012 Civic Hybrid that had a failed IGBT for the IMA inverter. Ruben bent over backwards and spent a lot of time to find the correct part and make sure I was taken care of. I would guess he had few hours of his time taken up during the process including several calls from me to confirm we were getting the correct part. The part arrived when he said it would and worked flawlessly. I am proud to have him and his team on my side.

    Prices are decent but the customer service is horrible. CS desks are right in the front but nobody looks at you. Front desk has been empty for 30 minutes, one rep wont stop singing songs by Areo Speedwagon and Ive been waiting for almost an hour for a 3rd brake light that I called and gave a 30 minute heads up that i was coming to get. Price is the only reason to come here.

    **** UPDATE - 5/15/24 **** After the last update someone called me the next day and he was extremely helpful. He was willing to send me a like part or a full refund. After reviewing the parts that were available at the time, I decided to get a full refund. I have no hard feelings with this company and would consider doing business again with them. I will not fault an entire company for 1 person's failure. I do wish it hadn't taken this long to get things resolved, but it all worked out and I am happy. I have upped the review rating from 1 to 3 stars. **** UPDATE - 5/7/24 **** I have emailed the email below as requested, but after 6 days, I still have not received any response. I would like to increase the rating of this review, but I can't do so until I get a response and some support. **** Original Review - 5/1/24 **** I hate being this guy, but people should know that working with this company is hard and risky. I am not concerned about people making mistakes. It happens and am willing to work through them, but they refused to make matters right. I bought a Grade A COMPLETE bumper assembly from Fenix Parts. Grade A means 0 damage or issues. When I received the bumper it came with significant and deep scratches. He agreed to compensate me $250 for the scratches. Which I never received. Then after the bumper was installed it was realized that we were missing approximately 1/3rd of the bumper. These are significant components to the bumper and the absence of these components requires me to buy another complete bumper assembly. The components that are missing can not be purchased separately. According to GM the bumper cover, upper bumper cover (Goes above the headlights) and the grill backing are all one component. See attached screenshot from GM Parts Direct. Without the upper bumper cover the other parts of my car are receiving damage, such as water in both of my headlights. When this was brought to his attention he would not give me a full refund, but offered to compensate me $200 for the absents of these components. He was willing to pay me $250 for some scratches, but would not appropriately compensate me for missing 1/3rd of the bumper. I also never received that amount either. Not only was this a very painful experience, but the guy I was talking to, drug this out for weeks, before I just had to except this was a bad company to work with. I am still open to working with them and adjusting this review, if they do want to make things right. However, currently they have shown themselves to be unreasonable and unfair. They screwed up and won't make it right.

    Worst place for used car parts. They sell bad parts, give you 6 months warranty and a few days after 6 months, issues start. I've had 3 different experiences with them. Particularly, a sales guy called Cory. He's disaster waiting to happen. If anyone loves himself or herself, never buy parts from them.

    I’m sorry I don’t want to be that guy but has been an awful experience. I ordered a hood that was to be A0 grade. Shipped up from Houston to Hurst location. Was told they could not deliver to my address for residential purposes and I was more than welcome to pickup, that was no problem I actually wanted to do that to make sure I was getting what i was told. The hood was $1100 that I ordered. Got to the Hurst location and the hood was not there it had never been taken off the truck. The guys in the back were great they were very sorry for not having the hood there like I was told. They asked if I had a location like a body shop they could have the hood delivered to for me so I didn’t have to drive a hour back. I actually do have a buddy with a shop. The next day the hood was delivered and inspected and it was not a A0 rate hood the whole right side body line was bend over like it had been rolled. So I said I didn’t want the hood it was not what was said or advertised as. The driver put it back on the truck to take back. I contacted Hurst location next day to see about a refund and was told no I have the hood it never came back. I’m skeptical cause it never came off the first time. So I said please check when it comes back that evening and got a ya sure. Called next day same response with a you paid for it you must have it. I was stupid and paid the day I went down there the pick up in person cause was assured it was a 100 percent guarantee on my purchase. Now Tanner won’t answer my calls or return my messages. Long story but they stole $1100 from me

    I really don't recommend this place, I bought an engine that broke after 4 months, and the warranty was for 6 months. They did not want to give me a warranty. It was a $2,600 engine. Six months have passed, and they never provided a warranty.

    Went in Friday am to order a wheel for a Toyota Camry, paid for it and they said it would be ready in a few hours. Said they would call me and if no answer would text me. Never received a call or text from them the rest of the day. I called Sat but they were closed. Went there this morning and told them about my wheel. Ericha said they called and texted me. Told her nope, never got a call or text from them. She rudely said yes we did and to go to the dock to pick up my part. Don;t like being called a liar when I had proof they never called or texted. I would not recommend this place and please do not deal with Ericha if you choose to go there.

    Super friendly people - they put the competition to shame. Everyone is part of the team and they respect and work hard for your repeat business. Everyone from the front desk to the fork lift driver does all that they can to make sure you are taken good care of! I just wish my car didn't need me to go there!

    (EDIT) I know I've already posted this review but I wanted to add that of all the parts vendors I deal with on a regular basis, Jimmy has always been the first to respond to my calls or emails. I feel like I have to chase all my other vendors, but Jimmy seems to act with a level of quickness and efficiency that is unmatched by all else. That man deserves a raise! I do a lot of parts ordering through Fenix and I have to say, Jimmy Mohan is an absolute Gem. I will only go through him for all my parts needs, he provides quality service, he is extremely knowledgeable, and he never hesitates to make me laugh when I call. 5 Stars to you sir, thanks for always being patient with me :)

    I bought a transmission from them for my vehicle which they said had three years warranty. The minute it goes out. They have 1000 questions and now it’s no longer their problem. You have to speak to a different company which is a warranty company through them which asks you another thousand questions Before they decide if they decide to give you another transmission

    A very bad place to shop no professionalism They only care to sale parts but when you have issues with the parts not working they won’t refund replace or call you to to fix the problem Vanessa is my sales rep she blocked me because I was complaining on the Fenix auto selling compressor to me that was not good I spent a lot paying mechanic to install it plus other expenses after all it was discovered that the compressor is bad and she blocked me very terrible set of agents I called and they kept directing my call to sales rep that already blocked me and couldn’t solve the issue I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for used parts purchase they are better auto parts places.

    I hate giving bad reviews but this is the fourth time in the last four times I ordered a part here and they gave me the wrong part. They always say they have the part available online, call and order it, but it’s never the right part. They think it’s good business to waste time pulling wrong parts. I’m tired of waisting my time with this company. Be warned. Thanks Raul for waiting my time and not taking the time to get a picture of the rim to ensure the part is correct. I ordered a chrome wheel and you gave me a brushed aluminum wheel. Definitely not the same thing.
