Do not buy anything from this place. I can't give it a lower rating. I purchase something over the phone and when I went to go pick it up it wasn't the right part so I asked for a full refund and they gave it to me on paper but nothing in my actual. No one is willing to return my calls Or even talk about me getting the refund back into my account. Do not waste your time or money in this place. They are going to rip you off like they are me.

I cannot say enough good things about Ruben. We had a 2012 Civic Hybrid that had a failed IGBT for the IMA inverter. Ruben bent over backwards and spent a lot of time to find the correct part and make sure I was taken care of. I would guess he had few hours of his time taken up during the process including several calls from me to confirm we were getting the correct part. The part arrived when he said it would and worked flawlessly. I am proud to have him and his team on my side.

Amazing experience all the way around. From the first call to the pickup, simply first rate people and service all the way around. They went way above the call!I will definitely be using in the future, (since my car is a bit older), and will be spreading the great news about this group of guys and gals.

Prices are decent but the customer service is horrible. CS desks are right in the front but nobody looks at you. Front desk has been empty for 30 minutes, one rep wont stop singing songs by Areo Speedwagon and Ive been waiting for almost an hour for a 3rd brake light that I called and gave a 30 minute heads up that i was coming to get. Price is the only reason to come here.

I told I could pay for the part via phone and would called when it was ready. That was on Thursday didn't get Thursday so called on Friday they it would be ready that day. I didn't hear from them on Friday. So drove out Saturday morning only find they was closed. Drove out again Monday morning and was told it will be 2 hour before it was ready. Waiting two hours only to be told that it will be 2 more hours. Now this it's 12pm. Mine you I got to their location at 9am.The thing they could say is am sorry. But it's going to 2 more hours. Or we can refund you your money. They didn't give a dam about my time or how far I had to drive. I would think that manager would have came out and something to me about their error. I was just with sorry it still not done. So now I think I will post on fb how I have been treated. I your corporate office read this these ratings. This is trulyunacceptable.

I use Fenix as much as possible when needing a good used part. Jimmy is my sales rep and does a fantastic job. He does a thorough search and goes the extra mile to ensure we get quality parts.

The guy on phone quote one price I go to pick the part up and they add 10.00 per part to pay for there fuel and I'm had to pick part up explain that so I told them I'd rather buy elsewhere even if it is more money All for principle you lost a long time customer over a fee.

Quick, efficient and one of the better customer service experiences I have had. Over and above to help a new or prospective customer and I will be a repeat buyer Kevin@giant

(EDIT)I know I've already posted this review but I wanted to add that of all the parts vendors I deal with on a regular basis, Jimmy has always been the first to respond to my calls or emails. I feel like I have to chase all my other vendors, but Jimmy seems to act with a level of quickness and efficiency that is unmatched by all else. That man deserves a raise!I do a lot of parts ordering through Fenix and I have to say, Jimmy Mohan is an absolute Gem. I will only go through him for all my parts needs, he provides quality service, he is extremely knowledgeable, and he never hesitates to make me laugh when I call. 5 Stars to you sir, thanks for always being patient with me :)
