Son's car wouldn't start. He's a freshman at UWW. I live 2+ hrs away. His friend tried to jump start it. Nothing. Dead as a stone. I called around since I knew noone in Whitewater. Feros has wrecker/flatbed service. Flatbed needed for son's 2010 AWD Honda CRV. They came within minutes to get the car. When I booked the call, very sweet lady side they were several days out on when they could fit it in for repair. Low and behold we get a call early the next morning. Car was ready to go. New battery terminal, recharged battery, complete test of electrical system and towing was under $200. I was thrilled. Could have easily gouged me. I was also thrilled that my son would be home for my birthday along with his brothers. Great to have them all home. Thanks to Feros for making it happen, not breaking the bank and restoring my faith in good honest people.

My boss recommended Fero's Auto when I had car trouble at work. My appointment was for Wednesday and they had it fixed the Monday before. Friendly staff. Highly recommend 👍

We just moved to whitewater recently and blew a tire on my wifes Suburban. I already had a brand new replacement tire because a couple days ago I noticed some of the belts had broken in the old tire. We took the rim and new tire to Fero's and were just totally blown away!!!! Not only did they get us in right away they honestly were some of the nicest most professional people I've ever dealt with, and the bill was more than fair considering I left what was left of our old tire there for them to dispose of. I stood by watching several customers come and go, everyone of them seemed like they were family members. It was honestly refreshing to see good old customer service in this day when it's almost a lost art. We will definitely recommend them and be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I explained the work that needed to be done over the phone and they agreed to do the work. When I went to drop the vehicle off, they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have the right tools to do the job. This place is about as useful as a quick lube. They either have very little knowledge or very little motivation or both. Don’t give them your money!

These are not the people that you think about when you think "auto repairs." These are the kindest folks I've ever met and they're incredibly knowledgable. They won't try to swindle you out of your money and you'll receive the absolute best customer service in your entire life. My fuel line was cracked (which they were able to diagnose over the phone!) and they towed and repaired for a crazy low cost. Fantastic people with fantastic skills. They even filled up my tires! I can't rave about them enough and will recommend there quality services 'til the day I die.

Please shop around before you commit.I went to Fero's about a month ago to fix my Mazda which was consuming too much gas. I left it at their shop for a few hours and walked back to work (2 miles away), then they called. I walked back to the shop and they said it was the O2 sensor (upstream and down stream). The estimate to fix it was $633 (upstream O2 is $364, downstream is $122, labor $147). I thought it was too much. So I asked if I could bring the parts and if they can fix it. They said yes, but labor will go up to $200 because we are not making money on parts this way. I said ok. I started looking for parts (local and online). The most expensive upstream O2 sensor I found was $136 and for the downstream is $58). Assuming they were going to buy the most expensive parts on the market, they will make at least $292 on parts only. I was confused so I called to check if I am buying the right parts, and this time I talked to the lady there. When I faced her with the facts, she paused for about 4 to 5 seconds trying to find something to say. I felt so disgusted of the whole issue and said to her thank you and I hung up.I ended up buying BOTH sensors from Amazon for only $98. I took it to a mechanic nearby and he installed them for $115.

Profoundly overpriced and unprofessional. I have no faith in these people whatsoever after what they charged for what they did, PLUS they caused damage to my window and wouldn't claim responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
