I don't know who was answering my questions on line, but they were terse, rude and very unprofessional! His/her dialogue was extremely poor, inaccurate and showed how lazy and untrustworthy their online presence truly is! As seen in their reviews, there certainly is a pattern of this unacceptable behavior! Beware of this outfit and look somewhere else for real professionals.

Don't ever buy a transmission from here. Have the pictures to prove how dirty oil was and believe this transmission was already broken when I picked it up. Kind of difficult to prove. But just go with a rebuilt transmission. $600 down the drain at this place.
