When I needed an engine replacement, Fogerty's was recommended to me by a friend, as I was comparing prices at various local mechanics. Randy and his team were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, clearly explaining the options to me as well as the time it would take, given what were then delays in the supply chain. They kept me regularly updated on how the work was progressing and made sure I returned a couple of days after picking up my car (with new engine) to check that everything was running as it should. A few weeks later, when I noticed an odd noise in the engine, I called Fogerty's and was told to bring the car right over. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that the engine had a mechanical defect (which was not their fault). In less than a week, during the holiday season, the defective engine was replaced. I've since visited Fogerty's additional times when I've had concerns about my car and they are always friendly and quick to help. Although they may be known for towing and salvage, my experience with their car repair/mechanic services was top-notch. (As someone raised in the northern Midwest, Fogerty's reminds me a lot of the old-school, family-run mechanics I knew growing up.) I recommend them highly!
