Thanks God I found Fogerty's Towing Auto Salvage online I bought a transmission yesterday from dem for a great place in great condition for my project car 04 Chevy Impala

When I needed an engine replacement, Fogerty's was recommended to me by a friend, as I was comparing prices at various local mechanics. Randy and his team were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, clearly explaining the options to me as well as the time it would take, given what were then delays in the supply chain. They kept me regularly updated on how the work was progressing and made sure I returned a couple of days after picking up my car (with new engine) to check that everything was running as it should.<br><br>A few weeks later, when I noticed an odd noise in the engine, I called Fogerty's and was told to bring the car right over. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that the engine had a mechanical defect (which was not their fault). In less than a week, during the holiday season, the defective engine was replaced. I've since visited Fogerty's additional times when I've had concerns about my car and they are always friendly and quick to help. Although they may be known for towing and salvage, my experience with their car repair/mechanic services was top-notch. (As someone raised in the northern Midwest, Fogerty's reminds me a lot of the old-school, family-run mechanics I knew growing up.) I recommend them highly!

Jay T or jay's auto it's pretty sad that your going to bash our service when you said yourself we sent<br>a driver to pick up the transmission as soon you said there was a problem and apologized for what happened. Thank you for stating we didn't try to even hide anything. We never would that isn't what we do here we believe honesty is the best policy. If a mistake is made or a mechanical part brakes we correct the problem. You gave our driver a hard time because you needed to use the transmission until you got yours rebuilt. You use the transmission for 30 days until your transmission comes back from being rebuilt and call us when you finally have it ready. After 5 days we didn't drop everything to run out there a second time after you used the transmission for a month because you needed your van in service. We never said we weren't going to make good on the transmission we just assumed you would be understanding that we wanted to pick it up when we were in the area. We were understanding when you needed to use the transmission until yours came back and now you bash us and lie about losing $500. Very unprofessional on your part. You know we will be there to pick up the transmission and I hope you correct your post your own or at least apologize to our driver. I guess we will soon see what kind of person you are because we will still do the right thing lets see if you will.
