Great service and good parts. Called over when they opened to order a part. They had the part pulled a few hours later as stated over the phone. Fair prices with good employees.

Drove an hour to Douglas just for a certain part they had. Waited 45 mins for a front spindle/hub assembly to be "removed" and the guy brought out a spindle hub assembly with the cv axle and control arm still attached. The guy says these are no good so you can have them too..... unbeknownst to me, the reason he didn't remove them, was because he COULDN'T REMOVE THEM!! got all the way home to find out the parts are pretty much seized to the spindle.drowned in pb blaster, breaker bars, me and my dad trying, put a torch to it, Air tools also didnt work, so im outta ideas. I call them after all this explaining the situation and the fellow on the phone says bring it up here, I'll get it off. To which I replied im an hour away..... dead silence..... til I said oooook so I guess ill just come by with it the next time I'm in Douglas?!?!?! Yea right. SO IM BACK TO SQUARE ONE AND OUTTA MY $45.Wish I could give ZERO stars.....

Well i went to pick up the timing chain cover but they needs 3 hour to take off the engine part, so i have to return tuesday next wheek

They are hero's in my story, had they hard to find part and made it so easy for me to pick it up.

felt rushed when asking questions . Steve was annoyed and complained to me that no one else was there to answer calls as the phone rang off the hook in the back ground this morning since he was not able to deliver he was ready to end the call. I then told him i could have my friend to come by and pick up . we offered to pay at that time he told me no just come and he'll take the parts off in 15 min. and hung up the phone .

I love the service at Foskey's. They have awesome customer service. I needed a ac compressor for my Ford Taurus and even though they didn't have the part for my car, they provided phone numbers to other people who would have the part. Now that's what you call customer service. Thanks Foskey's Auto Parts.

Pretty rude and terse individual that I dealt with over the phone. Shipped a week later than they said they would and parts arrived missing small springs/components. Would not buy from them again.
