Super helpful and highly recommend. Called for a tow due to a starting issue with my truck, able to problem solve and temporarily fix which didn’t require a tow in the end. All free of charge! Very friendly and even gave me a lift to my abandoned truck.

Terrible service negligently didn't fix the actual problem which lead to the car ultimately being totaled. I would not recommend you allow Albert "fix" your vehicle as he obviously has no idea what he is doing. If there was a zero star option it would have been picked.Car was brought in as a crank no start. Spark plugs were replaced but the underlying problem of a leaking fuel injector was not addressed. A cylinder filled with fuel and caused a bent valve upon cranking the engine destroying it beyond what would be financially wise to repair.Shop was called and no attempt was made to rectify the issue, blame was placed on the customer. Not even offered a refund for the "repair" again do not recommend find somewhere else.Service: Car towing

I own a small trucking company out of Arkansas well one of my trucks break down in Douglas,wy. And had to be towed in so ok wrecking came and got it. Well the owner told us it would cost 5000 to get our truck and trailer out . So we come all the way down here to get our truck from Wyoming and they took parts off our truck and lied to us. To top all that after we paid the 5000 and had to replace parts they wouldn't even help us jump our truck or loan tools. What a sorry business.
