Usually great experience but pulled a starter today and dropped $50. The starter was suppose to be interchangeable but it's not. Now I'm out of 50 and still in need of a starter.

Absolutely the worst Foss U-Pull-It I have ever been to. I drove over an hour to get to this location for the over head console for my wife's car. The car was listed online and the price was listed as console (any) $25. I go pull the front and rear one for her car go to the counter and the girl takes a picture and says I need to see what my manager wants to charge. I say they are $25 online here reply is those are our starting prices and they are also out dated. After a phone call she tells me it's $199.98 I said excuse me they are listed at $25 for any. She said my manager wants more for them. Then makes another call and counter at $125. She even told her manager on the phone that the price for them both was like $62 something with tax and enviro. But her manager just makes up the prices as she goes. I have visited other Foss locations Wilson and Havelock and they have always went by the advertised price. This location is very shady and for a business that post Bible quotes all the time I am extremely disappointed. FYI if you are going to talk about the customer is Spanish make sure they don't know Spanish, you should be ashamed of what you said!<br><br>I will also be filling a complaint with the BBB and the NC Attorney General regarding this issue

This place is great, the people are nice, the car selection is good. They have stuff no one else has. They keep the old cool ones in the lot longer.
