I've been doing business with Frank's for years. Always fair on price and have what I need.

Didn't actually get to transact with them. I called for a quote on April 26th, for taking a car off my hands. Whoever answered the phone, can't remember who, was very rude (actually scoffed at me, for what I wanted for my car) and told me that someone would follow up and give me a call back. Here we are a couple weeks later, no call back and still annoyed at the rudeness of the staff.
