    I called to get my broken down Ford Focus sold and picked up and they came within a couple hours to do so, even though it was Superbowl Sunday! (I forgot it was tbh, so I am very thankful they were able to do it the same day regardless) There was a little bit of a communication issue on my part, but they were very generous and we got it all worked out.
