Wonderful experience! I spoke with a representative at this location who was being helpful finding a fender for my Honda. He directed me to their other location in Accokeek, and the great customer service carried on. Thank you for your assistance, and when I need any part for any of my vehicles, I’m going Friendly first!!!

Excellent prices, but it's a very disorganized yard, cars are everywhere. There appears to be no order to the yard that I could find (etc. foreign versus domestics, trucks versus car, new models versus older cars). If you have the time and patience you can find excellent value here. I purchased two rear coils springs, two channel molding for the roof, and horn for my scion 2010 XB and the grand total was $42 dollars, excellent value.

Upon arriving at this establishment, I was immediately confronted with a $2 entrance fee just to access the lot. Once inside, I was expected to navigate through rows of vehicles to locate the auto parts I needed, with absolutely no assistance from staff. To make matters worse, I had to bring my own tools to extract parts from these abandoned and often hazardous vehicles. If I wanted any help removing parts from the cars, I was informed that I would incur additional charges, which felt utterly outrageous. Are they serious right now? This entire operation seems like a poorly run operation riddled with dishonest practices. I cannot emphasize enough how unprofessional this place is. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Why should customers have to rely on their own tools to salvage parts from potentially dangerous vehicles? The staff clearly has little regard for the safety or well-being of their customers. It's an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.
