These guys are great! I contacted 3 companies to haul away some old furniture. One never called me back, one gave me a bid and a time slot but never showed up, but GI Haul called me immediately, scheduled a convenient time, stayed in touch and showed up early. I called GI Haul to remove a swing set that I wanted to get rid of before the Holidays. I called and spoke to the owner who set up a time that was convenient for me as my work schedule is sporadic. GI Haul arrived and disassembled and removed my swing set in a speedy manner. It’s prices were the most reasonable in all of the Austin area. The staff and owner was courteous and professional. They were very friendly and courteous throughout the 30 minutes or so that it took to complete the job. Haul beat the other bids I received and the 2 young men that arrived were professional, courteous, and did a fabulous job (and in the rain, no less)! They were professional, courteous, and were able to come pick up my tv the same day I called. I had tried multiple locations and towns within central Texas to either drop off the tv or have someone come get it. They either would not take it or they would offer to pick it up at an outrageous price. Not only did GI Haul agree to take it, they came to my house, carried it out to the truck and charged me 60% less than other companies.
