Great customer service quick and just great people. Guy helped me clean lil bit of copper wore because it was border line fromclean and dirty.unlike other yards i have been to that would have just cashed it in as dirty. Great people i know where my precious metals are going from now on

Everyone there has a horrible attitude. Doesn't matter what time of day it is, they hate doing their job. Only good thing about this place is roz from monsters inc is working there. They are very crooked and will take advantage of you if you dont know what you have. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable scrapyard if you are trying to get a fair price Or go here if you want to be talked down to.

I called this recycle center twice before I went there to sell salvaged cat5 wire. The person that answered the phone quoted a price of 1.10 which I thought was a little high. So I called back to verify that I had cat5 wire and she gave me the same price, 1.10. I went there and unloaded about 600 lbs of cat5 and they wrote me up @ .25 a lb. I xplained to the owner/manager of what happened and she said the receptionist was new and needed more training and she could only give me .25 a lb. I explained that I rented a pickup to haul my cat5 and another company had offered me .60 a lb. She said she didn’t believe me and that I could reload my copper. I had no reason to lie and did not appreciate her implications. Being that I had a rental and would have had to drive 20+ miles to the other center I settled for .30 a lb.I will never do business with them again and would suggest you don’t either!
