Running a successful auto shop, I try to find cost effective options for our clients and places like this are the reason I cannot recommend used part companies. Scam artists and liars- no website, no email. I get it, its a used part, its always a risk, and they are not legally obligated to refund or even replace. That is the truth. The issue here is that they guaranteed us they ran this transmission to ensure it was operable….. ill let the pictures speak for themselves. When we received the transmission we removed the pan to inspect, found metal debris and have been trying for three weeks to get a replacement transmission, and asked to get pictures first to ensure it was a quality transmission. Left with no choice, we disassembled the transmission to find this mess.
