I am a AAA member and last night around 10 pm my car would not start I just bought a new battery a week ago and every time I tried to start my car I could smell electric burning from under my hood. Had my father come to help try to jump the car this is now around 11 pm. called AAA and explained the situation they told me they would send someone to try and jump it and if they could not get it to start the towing company would then have one of there flatbeds come to get the car. Taylor shows up first thing he says is with a huff and puff I was just on my way home like I was inconveniencing him that is exactly how he made me feel! My father explained to him what was going on and he said he had to call the boss to see if he should go get the flat bed or not, Mind you we were about 10 min away from his garage and the car was being towed another 5 min away. He comes back and says the manager told him no leave the car sit overnight and they can tow it in the morning.... I have no problem with this but the fact that I pay LOTS OF MONEY for AAA. I called in a spoke to the "manager" who had lots of excuses. Taylor worked 14 hours Taylor did call he told him to say no. What should they have done. The car was in a safe area. THATS NOT THE POINT! I only got home at 1 am and had to get up at 5 am so I could make sure my car got towed!!! My dad was a mechanic all my life and worked longer hours and he never refused helping someone!!! First your tech pulls in having me feel like an inconvenience and then I have to hear the manager make excuses. I would have appreciated more if when AAA called them they said we can not do anything to help this person because AAA would have called intosomeone else! AAA roadside assistance is 24/7! The only good thing about this situation is the man who showed up this morning to tow he was very very nice/professional!!!! I will never ever suggest this company to anyone in need of help or use them myself if AAA suggest them that will be a NO! Also put a claim into AAA! Rotten experience. 1st contractor, Wayne, came out and hammered on the rim of my tire trying to break it loose for half an hour. He struck the rim bolt back into the tire. 2nd contractor Justin Nye came out with a tow truck. told me i would need it fixed. He called into dispatch to report what I told him, and the 1st contractor said the rim bolt was smashed in when he arrived. I called the supervisor who refused to take any responsibility, said take it up with AAA. I don't mind mistakes. I do mind dishonesty, and lack of accountability.

I called using AAA. Asked to get a brand new battery. The man I spoke with insisted to give my car a jump and I told him it just needed a new battery. He came and wasted my time saying he wouldn't have the battery til Thursday. Guy never came back. Now I am figting with AAA because I'm being billed.Even worse the guy was wearing someone else's uniform. This is a pathetic business with con artists. Don't use them. They are frauds.

Glen's Towing was dispatched by AAA to replace my flat tire in a treacherous part of the highway. Dave (of Glen's Towing) came to our rescue and did a great job in unbearably hot weather, smiling the entire time. Thanks, Dave!

Locked the keys in the Volvo. Was worried because a few years ago it happened and the mechanic couldn't get it open. This time, Tyler showed up and had it in a minute with no damage to the door.

Did an awesome job and was very friendly, gave advice on how to possibly get car on road quickly. I would use again in a heart beat.

Excellent quick communication and speedy arrival; my car was back on the road before I looked up from my cell phone!
