I highly recommend Glendale Auto Parts for their customer service. They went over and above to assist me in finding a difficult used part for my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. If I'm ever in need of quality used parts for my vehicles, they will be the first place I call.

I called for tail lights for my 14 sverado..looking for new or used, guy says there's a 100 wrecking yards on Broadway..doesn't say he can or cannot help me.This is actually a 0 star review, they really need to listen and be more customer oriented, and I'm sure most of their 5 star ratings are from friends and business contacts..

Customer service was poor and thats being gracious. Not very friendly or very informative. Will continue my business elsewhere.

Took at least 30 minutes of waiting around for them to locate the truck seats in storage. They had issues with keys, etc.The truck seats were not as described or priced accordingly. Described as Grade A truck seats and priced at $1200 w/o console. Pictures on the web didn't show the leather rips. We were only able to see one seat the way it was stacked stored. Perhaps they damaged them with their haphazard storage methods,who knows.Giant waste of time, dealing with this wrecking yard!I'll give them a star for being nice on the phone.

We ordered a part because they told us they had the part available (good no broken parts) before receiving the part I cancelled the part because it took longer than what they had quoted us and I was told to pay a restocking fee of $127... never received invoice nor a receipt but still they want me to pay a restocking fee. They get a zero star from me since they never mentioned a restocking fee when trying to get the part ordered.

When I call they pick up the phone and immediately hang up without talking to me. What the heck?

Twice I have been there n both times they had the parts I needed will continue to use hope they extend their hours to include Saturday
