We sold them a junk car. We were told on the phone we would get $200 for it, but they changed it to $100 after we waited an hour for them to come pick it up. They used some bogus story about the rims not being the right material and that's why they couldn't keep to their word. If that's the case, then you need to say something on the phone. I would not recommend this company at all for selling your junk car.

I am so grateful that this place exist. Literally I was stranded down town in a parking garage for two days because none of the tow trucks could fit in the garage and the ones who would wanted me to pay a lot extra for tow service. Then my warranty company was able to book GnG for a pick up. Sergio was great, he was nice, patient, and smart. No one could figure out a way to get my car out in such a jam packed small garage Especially without having my car in neutral. where there is a will there is a way! He got my car out and I was able to get it to a dealer with no issues! I would recommend this place if you had to choose...You guys really should contract with Progressive Auto Insurance because they couldn’t even find me help at all.

Used GNG today when my car's alternator died and I needed to get to a mechanic. Cost exactly what they quoted me (which was also cheaper than other tow companies I'd gotten quotes from), and their service was very prompt and professional. All and all made something fairly stressful a lot less taxing. Would definitely recommend.

Jorge showed up to my car very promptly, helped me get towed back to the shop, and made sure that I understood all that way going on. He was extremely trustworthy to work with and I will definitely be using GNG should I need roadside services again

Not complaining about their towing services, but their customer service is terrible. Been asking the driver who towed my car for the towing receipt, and for some reason he’s not willing to provide me that (they took cash from me because their machine was non-functional). Even tried calling the owner on the given number and he too said he’ll get it from the driver and send it, but never heard back from him too. It’s not even like I’m asking a favor, just a proof of payment, couldn’t be that hard!!Updated: 8/23/18A couple hours after the review I received the requested receipt pictures from the owner and the driver. Although they could have done it earlier, but I don’t hold grudges and it’s they care about reviews.

Jorge came to tow my car yesterday and he could not have been any nicer! He even waited an extra 20 mins for me to drop my step-son off at school! Great service, response time and pricing! Jorge is the best! Will use this service again next time I need a tow!

I was connected to these guys through my roadside assistant to change a flat tire and replace it with my spare. The guy looked at my truck and tools and told me he couldn't do it because I was missing pieces to the bar that would release the spare but this wasn't the case at all. He was just lazy and didn't take anytime at all to really look into the situation or try. I ended up driving my SUV to the closest tire shop on a flat because the tow guy was telling me it needed to be cut down in order to release it. the guys at the tire shop replaced my tire and showed me that in fact I did have the proper tools the entire time. Thanks for costing me unnecessary extra money GNG and wasting my time!

GNG Towing are life savers! My car needed a jump start. I was downtown in the city. They were there within minutes. After hunting around on the internet, I found that GNG was also the cheapest. If I'm ever in a bind like that again, I'll always turn to GNG. They're awesome. I highly recommend them!

Manny is one of the most professional people I have ever done business with. He is quick, efficient, and just has an all around wonderful personality. He really helped me out my jam when I needed a tow. He will forever have my business!!
