    We bought my mate his first car which had some front end damage, figured what a great way to learn about cars. He has found everything he needed to make it whole again and in the intrim he has found parts for our other vehicles along the way. Now he's going every weekend to see what he can find. Great service, great pricing, and even warranties. This is the holy grail of car parts replacement...

    Love your yard but the prices are getting too high for it to be worth it sometimes. I can find a lot of the same parts online for less and I don't even have to sweat or get dirty for those. One example is the mini Cooper s intercooler. It's $68 without core exchange from you guys, I think? eBay has them for 45-55 w free shipping and all I need to do is push a couple buttons and wait for it to show up at my door. Please guys, consider lowering prices. I for one would be there more often buying more than I am now. All the best from a concerned customer.

    Let’s start by saying this is not the typical junk yard and the staff here is amazing. My adventure started with Britt who was direct and focused with a good personality for controlling the flow of men coming in to buy parts. She was very helpful and is an asset to the company. The rest of the staff also did a great job i just didn’t have the same interaction. The field of cars, trucks, vans, suvs both domestic and foreign models available. I gave them 5 stars because their professional approach and courteous staff. Thank you.

    Incredibly Rude Staff-Avoid This Place. I rarely write reviews, but the appalling treatment I recieve at this business left me no choice. The employees here clearly have no interest in customer service or basic human decency. From the moment I walk in, I am met with condescending attitudes, dismissive responses, and a blatant lack of professionalism. I don't know what kind of training-or lack thereof-these staff members have, but they made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience. No effort was made to assist or even treat me with the bare minimum level of respect you'd expect from anyone, let alone a business trying to retain customers. It's disheartening that people like this think it's acceptable to speak down to others, but I suppose it reflects poorly on management for allowiong such behavior. If the staff at this establishment are this miserable, they should consider working somewhere that doesn't involve interactiong with the public. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a place where your time, money, and dignity will be respected.

    Check in was easy, got the list of vehicles that matched my search and was able to go in and get straight to it. Pulled exactly what I needed and was charged per part, prices were listed on the website so I knew just about how much it would cost. Very organized and well maintained. Bring your own tools, but they provide wheelbarrows

    Extremely quick response with my quote, highest $$ one I could find in clay and duval county. They gave me a 2 hour pickup window and were at my house within 30 mins of that window (we’ve all been there waiting until the very end of the pickup window and the person isn’t there lol). David was so nice and helpful, made the whole pickup process easy peasy.

    Great service behind the counter, Christian an Alicia were great help. Also vick out in the yard running the equipment very helpful. would definitely come back. Prices are excellent.

    I don't know who manages this place, but you can see how they train cashiers to overcharge customers and disrespect them. And also seem to be hiring at check-out some incompetents that do not bother in giving the correct pricing. Who is alike come together sort of.

    They charge for parts attached to other parts even when those attached parts are COMPLETELY BROKEN, NOT NEEDED, AND UNSELLABLE. Employees are unbelievably rude. Fred Sanford treated Aunt Esther better than they treat their customers.

    I was at the store on Thursday August 29th at 10:30 The manager and employees in the front office honestly don't know how to handle situations with customers. The immaturity of the manager clearly shows her age. She overcharged for the wrong part. I brought it to her attention. I pulled it up on the store website, where it shows the prices and pictures. Clearly, in the wrong, she wanted to argue with me. She said they charge differently instore than what is on the website.....She is leading the employees wrong and stood in front of me while informing her employee that she did everything right. This is completely unacceptable. This situation should have been handled differently by the manager. I asked for a refund, and she granted it rudley.As a manager, she needs to know how to address a situation without being confrontational; especially when she is in the wrong. When employee Lynn did wrong, she addressed the situation in a calm and non confrontational matter. The manager could learn from Lynn.

    They try to steal money from you. When you ask for a price there is one, at checkout prices get bigger. The cashiers at checkout are racist , grumpy and rude, their english sucks. Also, they charge you and not reimburse you even when they know that one particular model got emptied out of parts. You go an waste your money and time but they are happy. And yeah, prices not worth it. Ebay offers better prices for new parts. You never know if a part is actually working, so junk is still junk. Negative reviews seem to be right about this junkyard with a ' lot' of rotten junk(), if you know what I mean. Ps. Real buyer here, and yeah will not pay your $4 anymore, I will go to another location. PS. My grammar is correct. Your spelling is wrong: 'sentance'? LOL.

    They have amazing prices and always have a lot of vehicles and great awesome parts. I'm a veteran and veterans get in for free and you get discounts to check out. This is why I prefer to go there The staff are very nice and helpful and I've never had any issues with this junkyard.

    Lina was very professional and friendly. Only part is yall don't inventory correctly. We paid to look for part on cars that are already stripped. But overall with professionalism and understanding from Lina.

    They have a good setup,pretty clean and pretty good selection of vehicles. Reason for 3 stars; the took my part I needed to match before entering so I had to try and match by pics. Was told on phone that they had other parts I needed but when I arrived, there wasn't any and been out. And the last reason is the don't tell you there's an environmental fee until checkout. What is that, ain't I buying it already and keeping it from landfill..

    These people were awesome they gave me a very good price and a decent time to come and pick it up but then I had to cancel and they were very understanding about that as well so if I ever need these kinds of services again I will call them.

    The junkyard used to have a price board showing all the prices of each part. Admission is $4.00 per person. Also as the cashier when they check you out there are fees and warranties added with you asking along with the environmental fees and environmental taxes..It's crazy how they charge you for 4 switches when it's 1 switch assembly. Found out later you can view the prices online however some of the prices are high but they are in business to make money.

    I have a conversion van came to see there inventory and also needed a window switch I found one and a console that was it very bad shape but workable when priced they wanted to charge for every piece of the console that's basically dry rooted trash but when they gave me a price on the window switch it was twice as much as a new one so of course I didn't buy them so they threw it all to a trash pile... This is not a REAL JUNK YARD

    These people are ridiculous they want to charge you $4 per person to go inside of a junkyard we went to buy a $5 gas cap and they want to charge $8 for both of us to get in I would suggest no one go to this place the prices are outrageous

    I had a wonderful experience selling my car to GO Pull-It for salvage. They stayed on top of communication and where very prompt when showing up to tow my car. I feel they gave me a reasonable and honest price. The customer service was excellent from the office to the driver.
