This place is so petty! Have never been charged extra because a center console has cigarette lighters in it! Made me take the whole thing apart to get to the cigarette lighters! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Surprised they didn’t charge for the bolts and for every wire too. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The employees are all great people that help you. Well I thought management (Aaron) would have been helpful also in this common sense situation. I bought 2 sub-frames from the Go Pull-it in Jacksonville, Fl. They offer a service of pulling a part for a fee. I paid a fee, for each, to be removed. After the parts were pulled, one of the frames had been removed in a way that caused a back, thin portion, to have been bent. When returning the part I was informed that I would have to pay a second fee to have it's replacement removed. By asking the customer to pay for a part with a removal fee and find its damaged, by the parts puller, and not making it right with the customer is a bad policy. The need for competent people, pulling parts and making them responsible or change the policy would be a couple of suggestions. By making customers responsible for Go Pull-it's mistake just doesn't seem like a fair policy. If I had made an error in purchasing the wrong part I would expected them to keep the fee. I know its a pull a part, but their name isn't You pull it.After speaking with Aaron about this he has made everything right and we both understood what was the miscommunication. Thank you to Aaron and his staff for the hard work they do. For this they do deserve a 5 star rating.

The cleanest and most respectful self service junkyard around Jax. Entry fee is reasonable or even free if you're military affiliated.Prices are average. They try to point you in the right direction, but understand that sometimes you need to just look around when you're building a custom project.TLDR version - The best junkyard around Jacksonville.

First time we visited..you can sign up for email alerts to yard for sales.. Wednesday discount is tires..have cores with you, I believe you have 30 days.. we'll definitely return.

3$ entry and free entry on your first visit. They look for your car before you pay to go in. Great customer service. They need to pay their employees more for what they have to do though.

They gave me the better deal on my old running car. They offered more money than any other place I called. The tow driver that came was really nice too. I would recommend.

You better get their early. Because this place gets packed in the parking lot. The staff where helpful in finding what your looking for. The cars where all organized by the brand. So it was pretty easy to find your model. The price was great. If you wanna save money I suggest you give this place a try. Just make sure you have all your tools you need before coming here.
