If I can give this company a negative 1,000 I would. The owner towed my boyfriends car yesterday morning. We’ve called him to get my personal items(wallet which contains my family birth papers and ssn cards, all of my credit cards and bank cards) and he continuously tell us that he’s busy. He told me to call him the next morning at 10am and when I did his cell phone was off. I continued to call and he had the nerve to say he’s charging me $10 a day to get my personal items regardless of him being too busy to meet me at the office and also telling me that I need to pay a $85 cash fee for my personal items. I’ve never seen a company who charges for personal items and to make it more Sketchy, only accepts cash. In the state of Florida, it’s supposed to be free of charge for personal items from a towed vehicle. I’m still waiting for my items. I’m definitely reporting this company!Service: Car towing
