I had an issue with my truck not starting recently after a day of hunting and needed a tow. The woman who answered the phone promptly on a Saturday was very friendly and helpful. I needed a tow for my Charger Hellcat. Gombach was not only able to get there quickly, but they loaded my fairly low car without issue. The driver was willing to help unload the car and get it pushed where we needed it. All around good experience at a fair price.

Got my dodge Durango stuck on a muddy hillside At my in-laws house. Trevor showed up to look at the job. Came back with the appropriate towing truck and was able to winch me out of the mess I was in. This place is absolutely great! Called got right through to a human immediately next she takes my info quickly tells me she will let me know within 15 minutes how long it will be. She called 5 minutes later to let me know he was already on the way. Then a super friendly dude arrived quickly was super helpful in jumping the car to get it on the truck quick and easy and with zero damage of any kind!!!!!! Ok folks here’s the kicker !!!$85 out the door for a 7 mile tow to the shop. Truck and tie downs are brand new and you just know everything is gonna be fine when you see it! I’m super glad we found them. It’s very easy to pay 3 times as much. That was the other companies quote $265!! On two different days I had to get a rim for a Chevy Cobalt. Both times going to get rims The people were kind and courteous. Although I personally did not pick up the rims I was able to have my son pick them up for me and they did not give him any problems. Both rims that I received were in really good condition and they worked out fine. Their pricing is reasonable also. If I need anything else for any vehicle they would be the first people I would contact.

If I could give these folks 10 stars I would these guys where the only outfit that would one answer the phone but two send a truck out to tow my truck at 3 in the mourning and I have to say from the moment they answered the phone till the driver Trevor got there I knew I was dealing with professionals I was never left in the dark I new exactly what was going on when to expect to be picked up how much it was gonna be witch is another thing for a middle of the night tow these guys are extremely to nice with there pricing it was well under what I expected to be paying. Trevor the driver has to run tows in his sleep my truck is big and wide 4 wheel drive but he threw that up on his truck like it was nothing I mean we were loaded and gone in like 8 mins my hat is off to this comanpy thank you so much for saving me in the middle of the night I couldn't be more happy with there level of courtesy and professionalism if you need a car towed you need these folks
