    Attempted to bring bags of cans to this place but despite being open there were no instructions on where to go or how to trade in the cans and there was no one around to guide me one way or the other.The only building that didn't look like a pile of scrap had a "do not enter sign" on it so I couldn't even go in and ask anyoneIf you guys are going to advertise that you accept cans then you should provide some basic signage on your property about where to go.A simple "go here to drop off recycling" would be all you need

    I've had two experiences with GSI and both were positive. I have no idea what would have caused others to give a one star rating. FIRST: I brought a trailer full of cans in (full trailer), GSI had someone help me open the plastic bags and empty them into the container (I had three containers full), I thought that was more than nice and the help was very much appreciated. Had to give them a 5 star for that, above and beyond. SECOND: I called about dirty aluminum prices and other prices, where they the best in the area, I don't know, but I do know I was very satisfied with the answers to my questions. These guys (and gals) have been nothing but nice in each and every aspect, I see no need to run all over town (or county) when these guys have been nothing but great.To all of you at GCI, I'll be bringing my dirty aluminum to you and my other metals also. Sometimes it's about the place, service and ATTITUDE and ya'll are nothing less than 5 star.
