Exceptional experience... Hailey got me all the info I needed and video of the motor running. The most amazing part is that I had the motor at my shop the day after I ordered it from Florida to Houston. I have ordered engines from all over the country and have never even heard of that. I'm sure that cant happen every time but just that they had the motor palletized tagged and turned over to the freight company the same day that I ordered it means that they have a well organized machine over there. The fact that the motor runs great after install is the icing on the cake. Overall great experience. Thanks!!!

Not good!! I purchased an item on ebay from them. It was the wrong part. They did not issue a full refund. Charged me $58.00 for return delivery. It wasn't my fault that they shipped the wrong part!! Shame on you, Butler!!!
