I placed an order and when it arrived it had been damaged in shipment, I immediately reached out to them (with photos) for guidance and they did not hesitate to get a replacement part (even better) in route to me with absolutely no hesitation. The replacement parts arrived safely and intact packaged with great care! I sold and shipped auto parts for years. I took great care to pack items securely, but this business went above and beyond. I bought a shark fin roof antenna after losing mine (God only knows where). Everyone told me to buy a $6 one off Amazon, but my radio never worked so I suspected I needed the entire part. I did! The part worked perfectly! I finally have a working radio! My son painted it to match my vehicle. Part was in excellent condition. They replied promptly to questions and shipped immediately. They are my go to seller now for whatever I'm looking for auto related.
