After purchasing a beautiful C5 Corvette steering wheel from their eBay storefront at a great price, I selected shipping arrangements to my home; like always. Well… life has a habit of changing even the best laid plans and I was forced to attend to family matters out of state. I became worried about porch pirates grabbing my shipment from Butlers, so I contacted them, expecting the usual “Sorry sir, we can’t…..” Well, not the case from these folks. High praise for this business . Ordered a dash panel for my vehicle and unfortunately it arrived cracked. I let them know right away with photos. I asked for a replacement piece to match or a full refund, they responded quickly letting me know they will ship me another piece. Item arrived a few days later in perfect condition, matched the previous piece and packed better than the previous piece. A great experience. Seller made everything right. Thank you.
