Harvey was the Tow truck driver. He was extremely competent and I could see right away that my vehicle was in good hands. From my initial call in for their service to follow up after it was dropped off everything was top notch. My truck lost breaks and I spent a day calling around shops. Got one picked out then a huge snowstorm rolled in. I didn't think I'd get my trucked towed due to the conditions. But, low and behold I called Hanser's and they picked up my vehicle within a few hours.Very good customer service and very professional. I will definitely use again in the future if needed.

I spent hours and hours on the phone looking for an engine for my car. Since I don’t know a lot about cars (and don’t want to), it was a real challenge. Austin at Hanser’s answered every question I had, helped me understand how to make a decision and worked really hard to find an engine for me that would work. They were never rude or dismissive. Everything I found before I talked to them was either far more expensive, unknown condition/mileage, or would take a month to arrive (I’m without a car). Not only did they find a great engine and ship it hundreds of miles, it came immediately and was 1/2 the price of the other engines I found for the same mileage. My mechanic said that it was in great condition, was packed perfectly for shipping and had extra parts. I’m very grateful for how nice they were and how easy they made a difficult situation. Hello I want to say thanks to Riley and Cody for getting me out of a jam broke down on I 94 outside Forsyth MT. On Feb 5th. They were very personable, polite in setting up my tractor and trailer for towing to Billings for service. Tractor drive shift was frozen totally encrusted in salt, rust and dirt.
