    Bought a transmission from them, they claimed it was tested and good. After installing there's a bunch of clicking and you can feel it in the shifter. Just wasted like $700.

    I didn’t buy anything here, but that’s mostly because I couldn’t get past the rudeness of the male who answered the phone. They had the part I needed, but I knew he would be much more trouble than it was worth to work with and for 20 more dollars, I can have one delivered off eBay and know how many miles are on the tranny….. Maybe get a female to answer your phones or someone who likes people….????

    After reading all of these reviews I was almost afraid to call. But the person I talked to was courteous, professional, and quick to give me an extremely reasonable quote. I expect more of the same when I pick up my part tomorrow. I did pick up, but not until Monday. And like I thought, I was met with professional, quick, and courteous service. I received the price, as quoted, for a wheel I could not find anywhere in Pueblo. It was in great condition.

    I drove down from Greeley to pick up a used transmission for my Mazda 3. Its currently the smoothest shifting automatic I own. The unit even came with the TCM and was clean inside and out. They loaded it with a forklift and gave some install advice that really helped get the job done right.

    The selection of parts is fantastic. A lot of times the parts are in good condition. Reasonably priced. Staff can sometimes be helpful... but it depends upon who is helping you. If you are rude or demanding, they are thick skinned and will not take your attitude. Just saying. Old school service. If you are respectful and courteous, they will in turn treat you that way too. If you are negative, they'll be negative to you too. I appreciate the frankness TBH.

    I can't believe this guy Shawn wasted my time drove over an hour from the metro after collecting my details only to b tod the part they had was broken, who employ people like this, and he was so rude

    Drove 2 hours to find the Grade A parts ("highest quality used parts") were unusable due to corrosion. Highly recommend you ask to see pics from this place.

    Just went here looking for an EVAP system part. The front counter man in the blue beanie was extremely rude and rushed me out. Instantly said they don’t have it and told me to go elsewhere before he even knew what I needed. Very sour attitude and horrible service.

    These guys are awesome! They researched so much to make parts work for my application it was amazing. And then they keep going out of their way to make sure I have what I need even small dollar items. Great customer service! Definitely earning lifetime customers. I've been going to them for several years & have never been disappointed.

    Well worth the drive from Denver. I picked up a great set of BMW wheels with center caps and TPMS at an amazing price. When I arrived, they had already brought the wheels to the front of the shop, and they even helped me load my car. Very efficient. They are busy, so if you don't get a call back on an item, just try again.

    Some of the worst service I have had. I called 2 times to check up on a part which I was told I would have by 4pm. At 4 I called and asked where the part was. I was told by Shawn who works there I wouldn’t get the part today since his driver went home. No apology or nothing. He needs a lesson on how to talk and help people. Reading these reviews and how awful he has been with others customers I understand why now. Regina is so nice there and very courteous. Find another Regina.

    You have to harass them to find out they forgot to order your part for 2 weeks. I've used them in the past and was very pleased, part arrived promptly. This last time, I waited 4 days before calling to check the status of the part after being told it would take 2 days. They told me Regina forgot to order the part, and got me on the line with her to remedy it. She swore she would order it, but then told me an excuse about it being bent and needing to come from a different location. "It might take a little longer now," she said. Fast forward 4 business days, I call and ask for a tracking number, I'm told to expect a callback. I never received this callback, and called them again, and told that they are trying to find the order. Waited for another callback. Nothing. Called the next day (at this point I've called them 5 times and it's been 11 business days) and was told there was no order status or tracking number because the order had been lost/neglected. I then called a different shop, have the part on the way, a tracking number, regular updates from the owner, and it cost 15 dollars less.

    It was a long drive from Denver to Colorado sbrains but to me it was worth it. They were the only ones that had the transfer case for my son's vehicle was worth the guy was pretty funny friendly

    Very friendly and helpful over the phone. My part was showing in stock online, but they wanted to see it on the shelf before saying yes. Took my number and called back in less than 5 minutes to confirm. Prices were better than online. Upon arriving the staff were friendly and happily answered several more questions.

    Do not go here. These guys literally ripped me off saying they gave me a good driveshaft n it was garbage. Now I'm literally only a few days over there so called 30 day warranty so they can do anything like wow. I literally couldn't get my car worked on for weeks obviously right now. Jus go on ebay n buy the part new. Youl have much less of n issue. Go here expect to be ripped off.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I bought a fender from Harris auto parts and it was removed from someone who just started working there stated from Mike. I wasn't able to put the part on my car since it's was bent by the screw area where it was removed. I called and explained the situation. I took me 3 days to get an answer from Toni which was delivered to me today.I was told that it was in perfect shape when I left and I should have told them right away when I bought it and then she hung up in my face. I'm very disappointed in their costumer service. They are the professionals and they shouldn't sell a damaged part without informing their costumer. They will never get my business again

    I was looking for a grill for 2014 Nissan Altima. I called a guy his name Shan and I sent my friend to buy it. I am living in Denver but I was in Miami in that time. My friend took the grill directly to the bodyshop and it took long time to finish the car after everything done they noted that the grill is not fitting my car actually it is not for 14 Nissan Altima. I called back the Harris Used Parts Inc and they ask for receipt and I don’t have it and I asked to talk with the supervisor but he was in vacation as Shan said. I called after 10 days and Shan answered my call and he didn’t allowed me to talk to supervisor and he told me that 30 days returning is gone and I told him that I was waiting your supervisor because I didn’t have the receipt but I can show the transaction in the bank account. I couldn’t arrive to any solution with him and he hanged up the phone twice he was too rode. I told him many times Just give me the right part I didn’t want to return it I need to change it. Finally I went to LKQ and order the Grill it was $40 cheaper.

    Not even worth a 5 minute drive. I needed a third brake light for my eclipse and they wouldn't sell it to me because they wanted to keep the entire rear deck lid together in case a body shop needed it. I'm a paying customer who came to a used parts store to purchase a used part and I was turned away. What good are they to the public if you can't buy what you need.

    I walked in and one of the guys was extremely rude. I was referred by south CO tires to pick up a rim for my car and it ruined my day going there. When the rude one went to grab my rim the other guy in the shop said, "he'll be right back." I said "is he bringing his attitude with him?" Everyone else but the young light skinned african american behind the counter was friendly and smiling and had a good energy.

    We ordered a front right spindle knuckle two weeks ago however....first they ordered the wrong part they ordered the left side then they said they will order it again...but this time the same part for the other side would be double the price plus another 5 days to wait for the part to be delivered so THEY NEVER HAD THE PART WE ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE wasted our time... awful customer service and business a simple fix is going to take at least 3 weeks now thanks to them.

    THIEVES!!!!! I needed a throttle Bodie they had to order it. I had to pay 185 dollars over the phone. Got it 3 days later. This part was junk. It looked like a antique. I waited the weekend and took it back first thing Monday. 3 people in front, I went to the one and said I would like to return this. INSTANTLY every person at the front desk attacks me about the part. The b***h lady told me it was missing something. It wasn't she agreed later finally the guy would take it but on top of a 20% restock fee he was going to charge me 20 to 30 dollars for shipping which was not on the return policy at all. I told him the part was junk AND HE SAID HE KNOWS!!!!!!!!!! I paid 50 bucks to rent a paper weight for the weekend. Complete thieves. Don't go there

    Way overpriced! I don't know if the guy who quoted me a price over the phone pockets some of the money from the parts he sells, but I wouldn't put it past him.Never paid and went elsewhere for a much better price!
