I was stuck on a dirt road near the top of a hill at 12:30 am leaving work as a nurse at a skilled nursing facility during a snow/ice storm at the exact wrong time. Called because Haydens has ALWAYS been wonderful. I've called on them for over 35 years and they have always been very efficient and reliable but when I called during this predicament, the lady told me they won't come out in these conditions. Excuse me, WHAT!?!

2 a.m. my lug bolts busted in front of my workplace and I needed a tow. Truck came fast, driver was very patient as I checked with my boss and changed in our locker room. I was expecting a giant bill. I was pleasantly surprised when it was low.I was expecting a lot more plus having to figure out what I’m gonna need for repairs. I told the driver “I hope I don’t need you again, but if I do you’re the guy.” Awesome.

My car broke down on Friday about 30 minutes before Hayden’s garage closed. They were quick to arrive and were thorough in details about pick up. The weekend passed, and they had my car fixed and ready to take home on Monday before 3pm. I didn’t have a ride to the garage, so they arranged for someone to pick me up and take me to the garage where I was greeted and handed my keys to take my car back. They were so kind and the service is exceptional. Great quality for a low price. HIGHLY recommend calling Hayden’s Garage if you need help!!!

Broke down on 98 N at 11 o'clock at night didnt no where we was at or what to do. We called Haydens and the guy came and picked us up and took us and my car to my Aunts and he even looked over my car to see what the problem was... I would recommend them to 100% I'm very grateful that there is still great people in the world.. Thank you!!!!
