After our teen daughter had a tire-shredding blow-out on Hwy 41 on a Friday night, I called Hearn's to tow her car the following morning. Mr. Gene came to look at the vehicle and decided we didn't need a tow, just a tire change. We'd thought she'd damaged the rim too much for just a change! Mr. Gene was a blessing! My son was five hours away from home and broke down, while we were able to have someone get him back home safely, we had no way of getting the car from the side of the interstate. I am unfamiliar with Jasper Alabama and didn't know who to call. After making a couple unsuccessful calls to other places, I finally reached the voice of Mr. Gene. (on Sunday I might add) He was very friendly and quick to help. What a relief to have someone so honest and helpful, with a more than fair price! Very quick and efficient at cleaning up and removing a burnt car. The driver even gave me and my dog a ride home since it was on his way back to his place. Nice man.
