This place reached out to me about picking up my "junk"vechicle this past Sat. I was told on Friday that vehicle would be picked up on Sunday even though I knew it was a holiday. Driver called me Sat to confirm pickup on Sunday. I left a family function over an hr away to be home at time of pickup. NO SHOW! LEFT MESSAGES/TEXTS. COMPLETELY IGNORED AS IF MY TIME WASN'T WORTHY OF THEIRS! BAD BUSINESS. CALLED TODAY AND MAN THAT ANSWERED WAS VERY RUDE. CALLING AMOTHER COMPANY. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE ANY BUSINESS.

I was assigned them by peddle to pick up a junk car. Reached out to them several times by phone call but each time no one answered. I sent two separate responses to the email they sent but they never responded. Do not waste your time with Hesh. Clearly they don't want the business as no other solution exists for why a business would blatantly ignore customers so much.

They gave me the best price around for scrap metal, the workers are very friendly and helpful!

Horrible. No concern for anyone. Made appointment to have car picked up. They never showed. I had to call him, he said they will be there, had to call his employee and wake him out of bed?????? Four more hours pass and no phone call or anything. So I call again, now he sais for me to call his employee! I say no, it's his employee he needs to deal with this. He sais he will call back. No phone call, so I call again. No his truck is broke down. STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

I had an excellent experience with Hesh’s recycling today. I was referred to Hesh’s by Peddle.com for pick up of my used truck. Hesh’s contacted me promptly to set up a pick up time. They arrived on time with cash on hand. The gentleman who picked up my vehicle was kind & courteous. I would definitely recommend Hesh’s for the removal of any unwanted vehicles.

Actually, make that ZERO stars. This company must be run by 3rd graders. They were supposed to pick up a car due for donation. Keep in mind, a running, driveable car. For charity. When I do ally managed to get an appointment, they didn't show up. I called to see if I was being rescheduled (yes, I called THEM) , and they used the old lame excuse about having a flat tire. (Yeah, I know). Anyway, they proceeded to not show up at all, or call. They lie, they are lazy, they are inconsiderate, and the worst "company" I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend this place to anyone. In advance, you're welcome.

Went through peddle - if you get this place assigned as a provider I highly, highly recommend that you ask for a different provider. These guys will waste your time and lie to you.

I still don’t know why pedal uses them what a waste of time never showed up twice don’t even bother with them move on
