    Very good customer service I let them know what I was looking for and they had what I needed in stock they told me how much it would cost I said awesome and I asked if they could send it they said yep I said awesome let's do it very good customer service you couldn't ask for anybody better than Hess and son salvage thank you guys

    They tell you one price then when you go to pay its 3x more then what they said. Waste of time. Place is a mess.

    Called about a part, was told they had it. Drive over from Manhattan to find that the car didn't even have the engine anymore much less the past.
