I had a Freightliner box truck broken down in Osage Beach at Tan Tar A. Two of Hi Tech's drivers came out. They not only didn't charge me for a jump start when they realized that was not the problem, they hooked up and towed my truck from an inconvenient location, on a Friday night, in the rain, all while being careful, polite, and professional. Anyone who has ever been to Tan Tar A will realize how steep the hills are and how narrow the road in is. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are broken down within their service area, DO NOT hesitate to call them. They helped me get a very stressful problem solved, and at half what I expected to be charged.

I live in Jefferson City and had a conference down at the lake. My car was recked from a snow related accident and timing on getting it fixed was a concern. A lake local referred me to Hi Tech since I was heading down to the lake anyway. Hi tech worked not only with my insurance but also with the rental car company. They arranged for a rental car to be delivered to the shop. I drove my car to the shop, drove my rental to my conference, and they finished my repair in plenty of time so I didn’t exceed the rental car allowance of my insurance company. It was a snowy weekend and they had all kinds of calls for tows while I was there. The hustle and bustle of a tow business in a storm was on. And it was evident that these guys were pros. Highly recommend Hi-Tech Body. Had to have my Nissan Rouge fixed after a accident. From the minute I walked in until I picked it up they made the whole process easy and stress free. Barrett was amazing, along with the rest of the employees. The young man that cleaned and detailed my Rouge did a exceptional job. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Very friendly and professional. If you need this type of service go to HI Tech.

We made an 11am appointment with the u-haul shop across the street to rent a trailer. Show up and he wasn't there. Thankfully the awesome folks at hi tech were able to accommodate our needs and did it in remarkable time and professional fashion. It's not every day a classic muscle car comes out of their hiding spot so it was a bit of a nervous experience. A huge thank you to Jeremy. I won't hesitate to use his services again.

I was new to town and had a car issue. I thought I would have to have my car towed to a car dealership in Springfield to get it repaired. Hi-Tech was able to tow the car to their facility and perform the work there. The repair was done right and they were really fast. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They did great work, and they were very quick about repairing my damage after hitting a deer. They were very professional and polite as well. I added my before and after pictures.

Hi-tech repaired the bumper on my Chrysler T&C van rather than replace it at a significant cost increase. I cannot tell the difference from brand new. Great work!!

Tonight I called them to unlock my car because my keys were locked in it. I was literally three minutes away from their business. I told them it was urgent because there were dogs in the car. They told me they would send someone. I waited 40 minutes and then called them back and they acted like they had no knowledge of me calling them. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They have also worked on my jeep. Which they did a horrible job on as well. Paint didn’t match, fenders didn’t match, and they didn’t put a clear coat on my hard top.Services: Car lockouts, Body & Trim

Only complaint is they gave us a quote on the phone and then charged more after they did the job.

My previous 5 stars review when I was spending thousands of dollars 3 yrs ago. When it came to my daughter's car couldn't even get a call back or estimate $210 tow when they weren't called to the scene they just showed up multiple phone calls they didnt have the courtesy to call me back.
