Needed a tow through my insurance company. So they told me that Hi-Tech would take care of it. Never received a call after 40 minutes of waiting. Waited a little longer and then called, Was told I had to wait an extra 25 minutes at most. Waited 40 minutes then canceled and got a better service.

Dominic and Jason were the complete BOMB today. I needed a boat towed to a service center. In addition my driveway was not the easiest to work with. Everything imaginable happened. I had a complete breakdown when we got the boat out of the pole barn and I got a full look at it. These guys were so sympathetic for me and totally made my day. That could have just said sorry ma’am we can’t help you but they were persistent and I can’t even express my thanks enough. I DEFINITELY will call and use them again. Kudos my new friends ❤️

Ran out of range near the highway and had to get towed into Osage Beach. Shawn came out very quickly on a Saturday and picked me up. He was very friendly and courteous. He was very careful strapping up my model y and we had a great conversation on the way back. Bill for a tow wasn't as expensive as I was expecting on a 4th of July weekend either.

I had a Freightliner box truck broken down in Osage Beach at Tan Tar A. Two of Hi Tech's drivers came out. They not only didn't charge me for a jump start when they realized that was not the problem, they hooked up and towed my truck from an inconvenient location, on a Friday night, in the rain, all while being careful, polite, and professional. Anyone who has ever been to Tan Tar A will realize how steep the hills are and how narrow the road in is. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are broken down within their service area, DO NOT hesitate to call them. They helped me get a very stressful problem solved, and at half what I expected to be charged.

If I could rate it less stars I would. The dispatcher was very rude. We used AAA when my 16yo daughter went off the road into the ditch. The driver basically kept her hostage on the side of the road until they received a po# from aaa at 230 in the morning!! The dispatcher purposely did not accept the original aaa because she told the driver she wanted to wait and see where the vehicle was located. Absolutely ridiculous.

They called My Wife last Friday and said My car would be ready today. I called Yesterday to confirm it would be ready today. They said all they had to was buff it out this morning and go through inspection and ready to go this afternoon.So twice they said it would be ready. I call a few minutes ago and they didn't even touch it. When People have to schedule time off and arrange for transportation to get there it affects a lot more than just Me. They could of at least called and said something. Not happy at all.

Very rarely do I ever give someone or a business 5 stars. Simply because we all have room for improvement. However, Hi Tech's towing service was simply wonderful. The only complaint I have regarding the entire process; is I wish my insurance company would have contacted them from the start. Instead I had to wait almost 4 hours before Hi Tech was contacted to tow my truck. Had my insurance called them first. Hi Tech would have been there in less than an hour. The tow truck drive was absolutely terrific to work with. He had my truck loaded and we were en route to my house within about 20 minutes of his arrival. I wish I could remember his name, but the date and time of service was August 13, 2022 @ around 8:35 pm.

We made an 11am appointment with the u-haul shop across the street to rent a trailer. Show up and he wasn't there. Thankfully the awesome folks at hi tech were able to accommodate our needs and did it in remarkable time and professional fashion. It's not every day a classic muscle car comes out of their hiding spot so it was a bit of a nervous experience. A huge thank you to Jeremy. I won't hesitate to use his services again.

Was told they would start working on my truck in 2 weeks so I decided to go ahead and go with them. They picked up my truck on a flatbed right away and it's been sitting in the yard for a month now. Was told some parts are on back order and should arrive soon and they also said that they have 2 cars that are infront of me that also need work. I suggest you call every shop to see how fast they can get your car back on the road.

Called about frame work and was told they would work us in or we could schedule a time and it would be a month. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and was told hopefully Friday or early the following week. Every week turned to another week. Would have been okay with it if they said from the beginning it would take so long but we got multiple different days that it would be done and it never was. Was also told they would work with us on price because someone new was there. Then turned around and said they never said that. Found out that it was done on a Monday and Wednesday by 10am we still hadn’t gotten a call that it was done so we had to call them. Very unprofessional as far as communication goes. We will be taking all work elsewhere and no longer will recommend friends.

I live in Jefferson City and had a conference down at the lake. My car was recked from a snow related accident and timing on getting it fixed was a concern. A lake local referred me to Hi Tech since I was heading down to the lake anyway. Hi tech worked not only with my insurance but also with the rental car company. They arranged for a rental car to be delivered to the shop. I drove my car to the shop, drove my rental to my conference, and they finished my repair in plenty of time so I didn’t exceed the rental car allowance of my insurance company. It was a snowy weekend and they had all kinds of calls for tows while I was there. The hustle and bustle of a tow business in a storm was on. And it was evident that these guys were pros. My car came out looking new and they handled all the hassle for me. Definitely recommend this business.

Highly recommend Hi-Tech Body. Had to have my Nissan Rouge fixed after a accident. From the minute I walked in until I picked it up they made the whole process easy and stress free. Barrett was amazing, along with the rest of the employees. The young man that cleaned and detailed my Rouge did a exceptional job. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Tonight I called them to unlock my car because my keys were locked in it. I was literally three minutes away from their business. I told them it was urgent because there were dogs in the car. They told me they would send someone. I waited 40 minutes and then called them back and they acted like they had no knowledge of me calling them. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They have also worked on my jeep. Which they did a horrible job on as well. Paint didn’t match, fenders didn’t match, and they didn’t put a clear coat on my hard top.

My experience with Hi-Tech Towing has been GREAT. First, Robin Showers towed my car after hitting a deer and totaling my vehicle. He was nice and professional. Second, Tony Beuchter went above and beyond. He did all the insurance work for me. I haven't hardly had to do a thing. He's been very fast to respond to my emails and get me exactly what I am looking for. He was very nice and easy to work with. Had my car been fixable, I would've definitely used them to repair the vehicle. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow service or Auto Body shop.
