Always done me fair on prices,plus it's not just a part handed to you, you can actually pick the part you need, just recently bought steering Knuckle, caliper and rotor for a 01 F150. When I got to looking around I found what parts I needed and someone had just installed new good find, good price cheaper than any of the other salvage yards in the Tri Cities. They never answer the phone and there way too high on used parts what they want you can buy new parts and watch what u buy they will not take it back

This is the best place to come to for parts. If your like me you need two things but forget about it when your at most junkyards. Here you may forget but your more to remember what you need cause you get to pick it yourself. That's the best except for the heat oh yeah and the freezing cold.

Great place, people & prices. Best auto parts place I've ever been to. I needed seat belts, took them out myself and thankfully the vehicle I was getting them out of was very easy to get to. I will be a returning customer, as well as sending family and friends there.

Great customer service, very friendly and professional. I love being able to pull my own parts. If they don't have the parts I'm looking for they are more than helpful on contacting me to let me know when a certain part is available. Absolutely the best prices around and they have a really fair return policy and replacement policy. Never had any issues at all and I go there very frequently. You honestly won't find better customer service at any other junkyard around! Thank you for the help you guys offer. Other junkyards should take notes on how to operate cause you guys are honestly the best around.

I love this place !!!! Even if i just walk around and look in the cars I have a blast!!!! Got son a full-size(spare) with decent tire and 2 lug nuts for 20 bucks.
