Mom and pop shop, you get service and helpful suggestions immediately after being greeted into their store, can't get this quality of service at any other auto store.

This review is long overdue. I was new to the area and stopped to get some groceries on my way from Hartwell to Anderson. When I came out my car wouldn't start. So many nice people stopped to help me and one man suggested AND called Holmes for me. They brought the battery to me, change it out, and did it with a smile. It was the end of their business day, and not once did they mention that. I was so thankful for all of the amazing people who stayed with me until help came. Thank you Holmes. Your customer service did not go unnoticed.

Our family’s “go to” for parts! Thought I needed a new battery and I didn’t want to trust the Toyota dealer so Holmes oil checked it just in case and changed it out in “Pit record time”, I was in and out and paid out before I knew it!., The friendliest down home folks you will ever meet!! 😁😁

Always friendly and very helpful. Scott put on some new windshield wipers for me. Jane & Pat are always sweet. I enjoy seeing them all when I go in. Plus the "Dumpling" was there too, so I got to talk with her.
