    BUYER BEWARE! They sold us a computer for $342-97 which is faulty. We paid $200 for diagnostic so we are out over five hundred dollars. We did not ask for a refund or reimbursement’ just to be sent a replacement that actually works and they refused citing their policy no guarantees on electronic parts. So even though they sold a defective product their position is too bad so sad for you thanks for $350. Obviously when purchasing from a junkyard some parts may be defective which is why we understand the diagnostic cost is all on us. But don’t make our mistake. Purchase from a reputable business which will take responsibility to provide what you purchased and not just keep your money.

    Bought a 06 pilot engine they said was inspected. Installed it and water pump is pouring out fluid badly. Called and all they would do was exchange for another. All i was asking for was some sort of adjustment on engine as paying to pull and install another motor makes no sense for me or them. Their return/help policy is illogical.

    This yard back in the 70's and late 80's was a great place to buy cars and parts. Now it was sold off to people that don't know what parts they have they will tell you on the phone they have it and you go and they tell you close where the parts car is you walk out the back door after you slip and slide thru the garage area on spilled oil to the outside where you step in engine sludge and mud just to find that part you think you need. After a exhausting walk thru the rows of stacked cars and trucks you find the car or the truck you were looking for and then you find that it does not have the part. The bad part is this place uses computers to look if they have the cars and they don't ever add to the list for that car if something has been sold. Their prices are also very high for used parts they quoted me $400 for a door for my 2000 Beetle with no mirror and no door panel I left and picked one at Pull A Part that was 10 minutes away for $46.50 for the complete door.the same color as mine in fantastic shape. I gave this yard 5 different chances and they blew it every time horribly, I will never return.

    They sell computers with no warranty, but they are supposed to be compatible. They're interchange for an 06 uplander shows other vehicles interchanging, but the other vehicles we found use can data in pins 1&2 of connector c3. The uplander uses serial data on pin 15. You cannot even communicate with it. They insist because they're system shows it interchanges, it has to. I talked to the gm techline connect tech line and identifix tech assist and both said it can't be programmed. I had purchased one from autonetwork when the one frm imperial wouldn't program and theirs was the same situation. Autonetwork refunded my money with no hassle when I told them all of this. Imperial only would exchange it for another incompatible one. I told them they could just give me credit, but they refuse. They used to be good to deal with. There's many salvage yards out there. Stay away from this one!

    I made a $100 deposit on a $250.00 part for a customer. The clerk said, In order for them to pull this certain part they would need a deposit and said she'd call once it's ready. So I said no problem. One day pass, no call. So I called the second day and she said it was ready and she "said" she called me the day before but couldn't get ahold of me. So I drive there and it's the wrong part so I decide not to buy it. Then the clerk said it would be a 30% restore fee ($80 charge) bc i don't want the part. So we exchanged a couple words and the police was called. The police said that it made no sense. But anyway they didn't want to give me any of my money back ($286). But I ended up getting $187 back after arguing. But they do bad business

    They use to be a ok place to go but this time I dropped my truck and it took them 3 days before he told me he couldn't get the part so I had them do my exhaust. When I receive my truck back it was Saturday afternoon and I drove my truck home and parked it. Later on I that same day I noticed my passenger side mirror was broken and been screwed back on and black electrical tape running along the bottom of the mirror. I called the 1st thing Monday when they opened up and asked about the damage to my mirror and Carlos tell me they didn't do anything to my mirror. I say to him, I know actually how my mirror was and yes someone here at your shop did it. I said the screwed it back on after breaking it and when they drilled the screws in they broke all the plastic around it and put tape on it. Carlos tells me they don't even have black electrical tape at they shop. I said to him your a shop and don't have black electrical tape here? I just hung up the phone on him. Dirty Rats!! you will never get anymore of my business!

    This place is CROOKED AS HELL!!!!!!! I bought a used brake caliber from them and took it to my mechanic, who told me the part was no good. I tried to return the part and get my money back and they refused, saying that the part was good but Ive had the same mechanic for over 10 years and if he says the oart was bad then the part was bad. I was willing to settle for store credit but they refused. This happened to my brother a few months ago too when he bought a battery from them that was no good. Basically no madder what the condition of the part is, all they will do is say the part is good and your screwed out your money. Its your trusted mechanic ls word against theirs and they already have your money so their word is all that counts. I was stupid to go there even after my brother warned me but I wanted to save a dollar instead i lost $27.

    Great customer Service and Very knowledgeable. Out of all the junk jards in Indianapolis , brownsburg and avon. This was rhe only yard that both knew my part specifics and actually had it. Owner is very courteous as well as the front desk representative. I owe her a coffee ;-) .....thank you guys.

    Do not take your vehicle here for any type of service. The only thing they’re good at is used tires. Took my vehicle to get a low beam light placed in since the rest of my lights were working perfectly fine...just for Carlos to cut wires and lie and say I had an electrical problem. I walked out with only turn signal lights and one high beam! Pathetic !!! DO NOT GO HERE!

    I ordered a part from this place and was advised of the cost paid the cost and once the part came in they sold it twice and the third time they charged me a holding/ deposit fee of $20.00 (on top of the cost of the part) when picking it up. The individual in the shop did not know anything that was going on regarding payment. The individual handling payments had babies screaming in the back ground. The business is very unprofessional and will never get my business again.

    This is the worst junkyard I have ever been to, the lady I meant the girl at the cashier needs customer care agent training. I will never go to this place again and if you don’t want to waste your time don’t go there.

    Wouldn't wasted time here paid $500 for a job that wasn't properly done, than took it back next day they act like they was gonna to fix it right this time than they call me back the next day to tell me it wasn't nothing they can do and to pick it up so they took my $ for a incomplete job. I am shock at this unprofessional auto shop...

    They are full of them self. I took my car in for a motor to be put in they lied from day 1 now it's been month and they are still saying it's not ready everytime I call it's tomorrow or some bull. Well I'm getting a lawyer now cause I'm sick of this. They dont even know how to tell the truth at all. And it's all of them not just one or two everyone there is full of it.

    Really good service I saw Kanye West their last time really recommend and they sell supreme and the kid that works their is a hypebeast and a sound cloed rapper himself. He's pretty hit if i say so myself

    Was given the wrong part called and was told to bring back with receipt and i would be refunded bring the part back told no refund will give store credit i said no i was told i could have a refund so they gave not all my money but half smh what a rip off

    Called for my part before I came they said they had it. Got there said they was on break till 4 but thats when they close. So I said I would come back than they said our fault we don't have the part it's not in the vehicle. Never going back to them.

    They told me they had a sunroof but when I got there ; there was no sunroof. So unprofessional to lie to customers!! I won’t shop there again for that reason
