Interstate did a great job on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. I had a minor fender bender and they were able to get me in quickly and had my vehicle back within 48 hours. This company was incredible to work with. Our car broke down on our way home from thanksgiving and we were heading back to Utah. Every place we called was way busy and they were as well but they were still able to get there for us in about an hour and a half. They were way good to drop our car off somewhere and then took us across town to our hotel. They were also the cheapest around. These guys were amazing. I will forever be greatful for their response time and how well they took care of me and my family. Thank you so much!

This is a great group of people who offer outstanding service and quality work. I have taken my vehicles here for years. They keep me updated on progress for bigger jobs and they get the job done quickly. I brought my truck in to have dog scratches removed from paint recently. Reasonable prices for your auto body repair needs and towing/recovery needs

Called my roadside assistance for a vehicle lockout. They appointed Interstate to do it and said that Intersates ETA was 10:00 pm. 12:00 comes around and still nobody. So I called the office number and couldn't get an answer. Then called the cell number and a rude man answered the phone and basically told me tough luck if the office won't answer cause he isn't on call right now. So I kept calling the office with no answer. Its now 2:00am, my roadside assistance has already payed them for the service that they refuse to complete, and the absolute BEST part of the entire situation is that Interstate Body Shop is my IMMEDIATE next door neighbor. Literally a 10 second walk over and it has been 5 hours. Would not recommend this company to anybody for a single thing.

They were very kind people, very friendly, and the prices seemed reasonable. I didnt give them 5 stars because when I brought it in for a quote they said it would take 3 to 4 days to fix my car. I went to other places in town and I decided to take it into Interstate. They then said it would take a week. I was fine with that as long as I got it before Christmas. They told me they would call me when my car was ready. I never got a call when it was supposed to be ready a week later, so I called them. I was then informed that there was more damage they had not noticed and they had ordered another part. They didnt take time to call me and tell me they had to keep my car longer. They said my car would take another week to be ready. So it wouldn't be done until after Christmas. I was upset and not very nice. There should have been more communication with me about my car as soon as they had found the damage. Even after I was rude and frustrated they took very nice care of my car and got it to me as soon as possible. They did wonderful work and it looked like it never happened. I really appreciate the job they did.

I’ve used body shops back east and the west coast. These guys out performed all of them. I drive a new model sports car. My repairs included much more than body work - suspension, cooling system, a/c and heater, exhaust, fuel system. Body work was outstanding. When I picked up the car and took it out for a test drive, it was brand new again. I would have never known it was damaged. All the work was done in-house. Everyone there from the front office administration, shop personnel, shop manager, to the owner were courteous, helpful, and very talented. Thanks for everything.

During the winter, I ran off the road with my 3/4 ton truck and bent the front of the frame. Took it to these guys at the recommendation of the local salvage yard. All can say is that I'm very impressed with the job they did. The estimate they gave me before starting work on the truck was right on and way less than others I had called. The courtesy and friendly atmosphere was an unexpected surprise. In the end, the work they did straightening out the truck frame was excellent. Don't hesitate to try these guys.

Interstate Body Shop got me pulled out of a ditch on a cold, snow-storm day. Their response time was very reasonable, and the tow truck driver was kind, friendly and knowledgeable...their follow-up could use a bit of work though. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and I'm sure they were busy after the snow storm, but getting a status on my car was not easy.

Had a fender bender and they made it like it never happened. They told me when it would be done, and it was done on time. A great place to do business. Jeff handled all of the insurance details for me, all I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up. Totally awesome dealing with them.
