I don't normally do this, but this yard randomly ended up with a rare exotic car that myself and the community of owners couldn't not pursue. On the second visit there, we were connected with Bonnie, who has apparently been in the dismantle biz her entire life. She took the time to listen, understand what was up, and was more than willing to negotiate with someone from out of state who wanted the shell AS WELL as working with us for picking specialized parts at 100% fair u-pull prices. I remember when this was the old Stockton Blvd pick-n-pull and I will say that Bonnie and her crew have really upped the game! Thanks again for all the help!

Sold them a car through a third party out of state company. It took a little bit of phone tag but they got a driver to pick up the car I wasn't on site when the driver showed with my check I was able to go pick up my payment on a Saturday and didn't have to worry about going to the bank to cash a check. They have a onsite ATM that they utilize for quick payments Thanks Amy for saving me a trip to the bank

I spoke with this same company however two separate locations. I first spoke with receptionist located @ Stockton CA. Very professional and great customer service, all around 5 stars. I was very disappointed in contacting this same company in Sacramento because the front receptionist was very rude and lazy. I’m a repetitive customer who usually buys from the Stockton location and I was interested in a part on one of the cars in the yard and the lady mentioned she couldn’t assists me on any info it the Mustang in the yard was automatic or manual. It is a shame to have to take my business elsewhere under poor customer service, I hope this issue gets resolved with better customer service. Especially to those who are commuting from a distance to receive parts, best of luck to this business.

Sttaff is rude the prices are extremely high but they had the part I needed. Got home and the part was defective they would not exchange. I went to a shop that pulls it for you and it was cheaper then having to pull it my self. I definitely would not recommend .

Today is 11/19/2024. I came in a little late today at around 4:07 to grab a door for a Honda Accord. I was able to take the door off and onto the wheel barrel at around 4:45, that's when a skinny Mexican kid in a black hoodie with a bullhorn blaring the emergency siren while at the same time, kept on telling me to grab my tools and leave repeatedly. Mind you I had already taken the door off and onto the wheel barrel and all I had to do was head to checkout, it would've been the easiest $100 dollars they'd make. The kid was standing maybe 20 feet away in the same aisle I was, bullhorn still blasting away while repeating the same sentence over and over and over again. Its kind of comical now that I think about it. Frustrated and super annoyed because this idiot was standing so close to me with the bullhorn while staring at me struggling to position the door onto the wheelbarrow. I finally made the decision to abandon the door and leave. I'd figure if these employees are more concerned about getting off work on time than helping a customer complete his purchase then I shouldn't be giving my hard earned money to people who don't care. But ultimately its the establishment that gets punished for their behavior, sad part is they'll get a pay check regardless of my purchase. On the way out I was greeted by a older white lady who wanted to check my bags and I told her about the idiot with the bullhorn, her reply was "we are trying to leave on time." I looked at my watch 4:53.... 7 minutes left before actual closing time. On the bright side, their incompetence saved me almost $100 bucks. Thank you.

I went here for a tire. They didn't charge me to go in for that, which was nice. The employees told me where to go for tires and let me know that the tires are all $10 - wow! The tires are well organized by rim size. I found the one I needed that even had quite a lot of tread left, and I was out the door for $11.39. The employees were kind and helpful and I couldn't believe the great deal I got. I'd highly recommend this place for tires!

I went to iPull-uPull Auto Parts Sunday afternoon on Stockton Blvd. I signed up for the membership and the tool raffle, the employees were very nice and helpful. They gave me a free car wash coupon for Quick Quack Car Wash. I also got to spin a wheel and won a very nice straw hat. The parking lot was clean and looks to be restriped,it really makes a difference. Also there are new signs explaining how the new auto parts center works. As I went home I received a phone call saying that I was the winner of a tool set. I drove back and received a 103 piece tool set with the case, I was very thankful. I did want a Tshirt, although I believe they gave them all away before I was able to get one. Looks like a great place to shop for Auto Parts, I will go back again in the near future.

At the time I purchased the vehicle for my brother, the customer experience was really good. Unfortunately, I did not get or receive a copy of the paperwork as the payor because I put the vehicle in my brother’s name. So, when I called back 4 months later to get the VIN information on the car because my brother has been and continues to be hospitalized for a while and his vehicle was towed, I could not get it. We were trying yet again to help him locate the vehicle so we could do whatever the next steps were. But, by the time I finished hearing the counter clerk over the phone tell me he could not share the vehicle information and that my “incompetence” was my fault for not having the information, I realized customer service is not important nor understood by some people who demonstrate little or no customer service experience. While, I should have taken pictures of the paperwork, I think a business who takes your money should still assist a customer with their transaction in a professional way. ————- Yes he did.

I’m not sure who runs this joint, but the employees are rude as FK. From office staff to the the buyer Mr G. This guy consistently lies and when called out on it ghosts you. If you don’t want to do your JOB, then quit. First time bidding on cars, they were great! That’s where they get you. Cause you don’t think they are gunna scam you, but, NOPE, they drop the prices and blame everything on China! You have to get multiple bids. That’s if they even show! Too bad, cause when your selling 100 cars, and take that business elsewhere, THAT HURTS! Corporate needs to get involved… you lost my business, 400-500 vehicles a year!

I went there for their Monday tire day. The ad shows a tire mounted on a wheel and the price was 14.99. When I tried to pay for the tires I wanted the guy said it was 14.99 for each tire and wheel. I didn't need the tires just the wheels. So, what's the deal? If it's per each why don't you state that in the ad? I went back a couple days later to get an altenator. When I was buying it I told the same guy I wanted the 12 month warranty. He said it's to late. He hadn't even given me my change yet. Why can't he sell me the warranty? Why didn't he offer it before I paid if that's the case? If your people don't offer it why couldn't I pay for it then? I hadn't even left the store yet. Your losing money if your people don't offer it and my business. I have to drive an hour to get there. I doubt I'll be back after this.

I went in and found the right car with all the parts I needed. Found out later it was the only one on the property. I was amazed at all the vehicles there, you can find anything you need there. I'll go back again, great place

Car was posted on offer up. We had to sign a form stating we cannot return the vehicle (but they have a 30 day warranty on parts). As soon as we drove off, we got stuck at the light. It wasn't the gears, we excelerated but the car wouldn't move. Walked back in asking what our options were. They would buy it back for a quarter of what we just paid for. They suggested getting it towed home and working on it. The owner got in contact with a tow company because AAA won't tow an unregistered car. And told us we have to pay $150 and that was him giving us a deal. Unsatisfied, they won't even share what they know is wrong with the car. Good thing they take credit to make purchases on vehicles though.

This was the first time I used an auto salvage yard, and my experience was first-rate. I had searched for several weeks for a transmission cable to keep my minivan on the road, to no avail. The part had been discontinued. But my journey ended with a trip to iPull-uPull Auto Parts. Richard was friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, I found the part I needed, had my mechanic install it and the car is functional again. Thank you!

It gets so expensive. It is ridiculous, you can get small parts on eBay way cheaper than at this rip off place… I remember when they started it was a pleasure to buy parts at this place but now they’re even more expensive than Pick-n-Pull

This place was great. Its updated from when it was pick n pull and the people are fri ndly and helpful. Unfortunately we needed a front bumper of a chevy silverado which apparently is in HIGH demand because the ONE they had that would fit was missing a bumper lol. But the front desk gave us a free admission voucher for the next time we come in on account of us only being inside for a whole 6 minutes. We will definitely be coming back.

This place robbed me. They did not check my bag or tell me I can’t bring my own parts into the yard when I entered. On the way out they tried to charge me for my OWN parts that I brought to compare with the ones at the yard. STAY AWAY!!! Went back in to buy a couple of batteries. Asked for help and got nothing but attitude from two different employees. A third employee was approaching me to ask me f I needed help. But at this point I was irritated as well. Don’t understand why they hire employees that don’t want to work .

I went through to buy a door regulator the man in the store says they're all interchangeable so I pulled one out okay I did give you the right information what I was looking for I pulled one out of out to go to the counter it was just a manual door regulator he charged me for a electric door regulator I didn't realize that until the regular didn't want to fit my door I was very unhappy because I had to take time off from work a day later to get the right one I keep 20 bucks on that he charged me twenty bucks extra for electrical and when I needed just a regular one manually operated one... I think you could train your Cashiers or your front desk people a little better to know what they're talking about when they're asked a question.... just to let you know I will continue my business with0 you in the future... thank you.
