Super professional people here. They helped me get a transmission that no one else had anywhere near my area. I had to drive 4 hours to get here, but it was worth it. This place has honest and hard working people working here, and I wish I could say that about every place. The guy with all the McDonald's Happy meal toys in the window at the front desk made my daughter's day by talking to her, and she talked his head off. Thank you guys!

Really pricey! Drove all the way from LR to Jacksonville and they didn't have a set like they told me on the phone. Only had one. Got a better deal on EBay! Check with A-Auto Salvage on Colonel Glenn also Sonny's and Crump's Auto Salvage in Jacksonville for better pricing also.

I was told day prior to driving 3 hours to pick up a bumper support it could be pounded on/off. We got it home after 6 hours round trip in the rain to find the $150 support was cut off 6 inches short, now with no bolt holes to remount, not pounded out. Called back and the same guy admits he told me it just needed pounded, but instead was cut off and forgot to tell me. He refused to take it back, leaving me to buy a brand new one for another $120 shipped. I was conned and price gouged and buyers should beware. Plenty of other places in the area that are honest, and rated much better on google.

My car blew a tire down the street from JB‘s and I walked there praying there would be someone who could help me. I didn’t know what I was going to do, honestly, because as many times as I’ve seen tires changed I still don’t really know how to do it. It was about 36° outside and just freezing cold and when I got there the woman at the front was so sweet and she talked to the owner who told me to come inside to get warm. One of the technicians loaded up a jack and tools into his truck and drove me down to my car and within a matter of minutes had my spare put on for no charge at all. They did all that just out of the kindness of their hearts and this is after being passed up by numerous men driving down the road not even attempting to stop and asked me if I was OK. I know the world is different now and I’m not a helpless woman, but it would’ve been nice for someone, anyone to stop and ask if I needed anything. It was obvious how distressed and upset I, was for someone driving down the road. Thank you JB and crew you guys are true gentleman and kudos to you for helping me for no charge! You reminded me that most people are good and renewed my faith in humanity! I really appreciate that so much thank you again

We've been doing business here for as long as I can remember--at least 30 years. These guys are excellent at what they do. They don't over-commit, and they don't under-deliver. From the A/C in my '03 Nissan to the timing belt/chain. Starters, alternators, engine gaskets--and, not just for foreign vehicles, but, domestics as well. I've never been disappointed with their services, and will continue using them until I can't drive. A good business with great people at the helm.

Definitely do not recommend J.B.'s. Website advertised an 'A' grade wheel. I ordered an A grade wheel. Was charged for an A grade wheel. I recieved an B grade wheel as marked on the inventory tag. Slight of hand is not good business practice.

Bought a car that needed an engine. JBs gave me a quote and told me it would be 2 weeks. So I had the car dropped off for them to do the work. 3 weeks later I still haven't heard from them so I go up there to find out what's going on. The person to got the car from the tow truck took down ZERO information and told nobody my car was there so nothing was done to it yet. I get that straightened out and the owner tells me he'll try to get it done before 4th of July weekend. The 4 comes and goes with nothing from them. The week after the 4th I once again go up there because I can't find anything out on the phone and they won't call me back. MY CAR WAS STILL IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT IT HAD BEEN FOR TWO MONTHS. Their new time frame is (surprise surprise) two weeks. My car sat in the same spot until the day I was supposed to be getting it back. It took them another 3 days to get it done. Fast forward 2 weeks....I'm driving down the highway when the engine they just had my car over two months to install locks up. I call them and get told that they warranty their work but it won't cover the tow. If I can get it to them they will check it out. That was a little over a week ago. I'm sitting in their parking lot writing this because I had to come up here (again) because they refuse to call back and the ones who answer the phone don't know anything. They can't even tell me when they will be able to get my car (that they have already been paid more than $6000 to fix) to find out what they have to do to fix it. They are horrible at communication with the customer and from what I've seen their work isn't worth the wait even if it was free. I have never wished I could give a negative star review so bad in all my life. I WOULD RATHER BE COOKED ALIVE AND FED TO MYSELF THAN EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS SHOP AGAIN!!

Personally for me on the mechanic side of things been there twice and not very good experience either time .first time years ago I had them put a transmission in for me and after I picked up car I made it to sharewood and smoke started rolling from under hood , when i called shop they told me they would send wrecker to get me but I'd have pay wrecker cost , so i called another shop they came got it and fixed it , turns out when they put transmission in they got wire harness caught between when bolting transmission up and caused it to short out and melt my wire harness down . This time around company truck got taken there after being wreck and after i got it back I had transmission line and oil line leaking from fittings not being tightened up , brake booster wasn't changed like it should of been and was leaking , driver side wheel bearing should of been new was not and the used one they put on was bad lol so $$$ out of pocket on that cause had buy and replace that . For me I wouldn't let these people work on a bicycle personally , been there 2 times and both times had go back and pay someone else to fix their work .

I sent my Lexus to one mechanic to get my engine fixed. Although turns out he didn’t even work on the car says this place wouldn’t sell him the engine unless they put it in. So he sends my car here (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION). They have the car for over a month. I finally find out the guy I sent it to wasn’t working in the car and they were. So I give them a call and ask when the car will be ready and what all work has been done (because the original mechanic said extra work had to be done and without asking me he went ahead and told them to do it). I ask them do they have car and what work has been done the guy refuses to tell me anything about my car except that it’s there. Like the car is in my name my property I never authorized these guys to do anything but they did anyway and tell me they can’t tell me anything about the car because I’m not there customer. He is. And at this point I’m glad I wasn’t and I wish they hadn’t worked on my car at all this is unprofessional and I think illegal. How can you work on someone’s car without there permission and refuse to tell them what’s going on.

Their more into making a sale not a customer. Salesman was very pushy wouldnt let me examine the paint on the part for only a sec. Easier and cheaper just to order your parts online thru another company

As a business owner i understand some people write reviews with no merit and i have never wrote one before but today i had to let it be known that bob at j b auto salvage sold me a part knowing that it would not work at all for 145 dollars, after i asked him to refund me and or trade for a different part he refused! wow what BAD business practice! i would not buy anything from this guy if i was you!!!!!

Superior recycled parts services. Used these guys for years. Recently busted a glass on my truck right before a big storm. Called their shop minutes before closing and they had a glass ready for me to pick up withib 5 minutes. Thanks again JBS

They had just what I needed and in amazing condition but if you need certain parts good luck because they don't sell just door parts, only whole door assemblys.

They don't guarantee the items they pull not even for 24 hrs so if you get a module box and it doesn't work you are **it out of luck. In Vegas you have at least till the next business day to bring back faulty items minus a 5 dollar restock charge

The customer service here is an absolute travesty . I called these guys every day for a week straight trying to get a simple yes or no answer about a part . Talked to probably half a dozen people . Began calling on Monday by Friday i finally gave up and stopped calling . They never bothered to call back , never gave an answer to my question , my guess is they never even bothered to pull the part I inquired about . Baffling to me why I was treated this way , guess they didn’t want my money.
