When you normally contact an auto dealership for repairs, you usually expect the worst. However my recent experience has totally changed my mind. 400 mile from home and my 2012 F250 starts experiencing the infamous ":Death Wobble." Upon surviving this Hell of a scare scenario, I was able to contact James Hodge Ford where the opening answer on the phone included this young lady, a new employee, ENDING her hello message with " HOW CAN I MAKE YOUR DAY BETTER?" Previously I'd would have blown that off as thinking, WHAT A CROCK.. I WAS SO, SO WRONG! She put me in touch with a Service Tech, Ryan Caldwell, who understood how desperate I was and even though the shop was buried weeks deep in service jobs took time to help out. The other tech helping was named Charles (sorry I don't have last name). After having the vehicle 2 days. (me thinking I'd be stuck forever in Broken Bow) they found and repaired the problem which completely relieve my wife, our puppy, and I.Many thanks and best wishes for Ryan, Charles, that wonderful receptionist, and the rest of the WONDERFUL PEOPLE at James Hodge Ford in Idabel, Oklahoma. Went to get my oil changed this morning and asked to have the fuel filters changed. Then I got a call back and they gave me a quote on how much on the fuel filters. Now I know that the fuel filters are expensive on a diesel but then wanted to charge $100 to change the fuel filters. I have he’s this same service done many times and it has never cost me the $350 they wanted to change fuel filters and yes that’s with the filters added in. Also they messed the threads up on a stud when they rotated the tires awhile back and still hasn’t been fixed and every time I call them about it they say we will call you back While waiting to get the oil change I was just about talked into buying a new truck while eating breakfast. Your service is the worse and over charged. I hope people read reviews before they buy from you. I will never buy another vehicle from this place or any other one. I would just assume go somewhere else. And let me just add it don’t take an hour to change fuel filters. You are already changing the oil. The filters are right there so why not pull them and change it out while the oil is draining. If you want to see how it’s done I can show you how to multi task on a service job. I have no problem paying for the fuel filters but to charge $100 is absolutely crazy. Shop somewhere else whoever might read this. Also FYI they charge $60 more than what the filters cost at orielys.So since I can’t reply to James hodge Ford reply to my review I will just edit my previous review. You want me to call you to regain my trust and work things out. You have my number in your computer you can call me. It’s your business not mine. I’m a customer or was a customer.

I bought a mustang Mach E from this store. They stayed late for me. Every part about this experience was exceptional. There was a crack in my windshield when I bought it and I didn’t have to call and Worry about it they took care of it all for me. If you are anywhere within a 1000 mile radius and in need of a vehicle it is well worth the trip!

I cannot express how appreciative I am of this dealership, the service department- Charles, the technicians, and the GM. Our vehicle broke down while vacationing and had to be towed to this dealership. The dealership didn’t have a loaner, but the GM offered to come pick us up and drive us for a rental. When securing a rental within a 4 hour radius failed (we tried for three days), we were stuck and stuck without any help, extra kids we let our kids take on vacation, and loads of luggage. This dealership, Charles in the service department, the technicians, these people all went out of their way, stayed after hours to get our vehicle running for us, and even drove our vehicle back to us, as our checkout time was quickly approaching. I cannot thank Charles and these technologies enough for their hard work, their generosity, their heartfelt kindness they put in just to help someone out that they didn’t know. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, need to have your vehicle serviced, or maybe you’re even stranded like we were, call this dealership- they actually care about their customers. James Hodge Ford and Charles, THANK YOU ALL!

I recommend anyone to NEVER take your care here. My trucks key fob malfunctioned and they guaranteed me it would be looked into promptly as I was an out of state customer.. Well, let me tell you, they lied, lied and lied some more. Come to find out they were four months behind on work and didn't get to my vehicle until two weeks later. Never could give me a direct answer. Please stay away from this location. Very unsatisfied customer.

I take my F-150 back to James Hodge Ford for all my Service and Maintenance. They are personable, friendly and get the Job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. From the lifetime Oil Changes to replacing the mirrors on my truck, Charles takes charge and gets it done. I trust them to meet my service needs and desires.

I knew what I did & did not want. I didnt want to be pressured, i didnt want to to be sold a car, I didnt want to settle for something just. Because it was already on the lot. It took a little while, but my salesman never stopped looking he made sure we talked often incase anything changed on my side. Thanks to a lotta hard work & lott of time put in, I couldn't be happier.
