I had the best experience here. Jerry was the associate that helped me and let me tell you everything was so confusing when I went in but he sorted out everything patiently. I had a lot warranties and receipts and he looked up everything and matched what I was needing cause it was 4 different parts. I wasn't worried that there would be some fine print on the warranty that they would not have to replace however, there was no fuss. He ordered the parts and sorted it all out. When u buy the warranty on items they really do honor the warranty without jumping hoops. I'll be going to them first always on my car stuff

The workers here are always professional.Directed me to the correct part I needed, and also helped me print out a quote to take to my customer.Also saved my customers phone number to tie up the warranty issues.Overall O'Reilly's at this location was very helpful.That's what's up!

Tried ordering a part over the phone employee seemed frustrated and hung up will be shopping somewhere else for now on.

I called the store from my hotel where I was staying on the edge of town. I needed a belt for my truck. The guy said that they have the part I needed. I asked if they delivered parts, he said only to shops and dealers. I said where I was and asked if he knew a cab company. He decided to bring me the part anyway, also brought the tool I needed and even helped put it on. Talk about going the extra mile for someone he didn't even know. Great people, awesome customer service!

Don't do business with this particular store, it's a waste of time, you're better off going down the street to Autozone or the more knowledgeable Bumber to Bumper Auto Parts, whenever there's an issue at this orielly's they play dumb & act like they have to call the cooperate/district office when the problem could've been easily handled right in the store & the employees know very little about vehicles parts, years ago parts stores wouldn't hire someone that didn't know that much about car parts.

Had to return a part 2 times because neither of them worked. Lost a lot of money in fluid because I had to constantly pull the pan off my Transmission to get to the part. I did get a full refund but lost time and money..

I love this place and the people that work there are always so helpful. I choose this place before any other parts store.
