Putting this review back up, as I was supposed to be schedule to have a oil leak looked at, but aforementioned call never happened. No, I'm not removing it this time, no matter what service is supposedly promised to me.I had bought a car from this dealership, and while I made the mistake of buying as-is, none of the problems or issues were openly disclosed to me, and I feel as though it was just a attempt to sell the car and get rid of it. So far I've had to have the power steering rack pulled, most of the power steering system replaced, the entire engine rebuilt, and I've still got a oil leak that isn't fixed. Most of this was done by my hand, minus the power steering system, which I had done by a mechanic due to it being hard to reach.

Buying our truck was easily the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Our salesman was organized, was able to answer all our questions about every truck we looked at, engines, transmissions, and other details. He showed us several trucks then led us to the perfect truck for our family! Our financing experience was effortless, we went home to get a bag of candy for the Halloween celebration and by the time we got back, it was simply a matter of signing the papers and getting our keys. The girl that explained the inner workings of on-star was pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a terrific experience.

The service department went above and beyond to allow me to get my vehicle serviced. I work 2 jobs and never have time off. I dropped my vehicle off, was given a ride to work, and my vehicle was dropped off to my work place when it was done!! It was so nice not to worry about how I was going to manage the vehicle service.

I had requested for them to look at a sound coming from uder my car while they were changing the oil. I was told I would have to schedule another appointment for that. I was not wanting anything to be fixed during this appointment I understand if I would have had to bring it back. My appointment was not until 1 oclock. I dropped it off and it was ready for me to pick up at 12. I feel there was plenty of time to see if there was something that needed to be looked into further. This is my only complaint it is hard enough to get it in already.

Excellent group of guys and gals. It's good to find a place where you are valued as a customer. So after purchasing my new truck I have had the occasion to take it in for service. Once again they have proven out to be exactly what you would expect in a dealership but won't get anywhere else. I was in and out quickly. Got what I needed. No issues no problems nothing. I just wish I didn't have to drive 50 miles to get there for service. But you know what, I'm likely to keep coming back.

I scheduled an oil change online. Upon showing up the service staff took care of me, made sure I had all questions answered, and had me out in a timely manner!
