These guys were awesome! They showed up and worked on our truck a bit because the brake lines had ice and busted our drive shaft. The guy that showed (Toby) worked on it himself for about an hour then hauled it in. He knew what he was doing and he kept a humerous atmosphere even though it was 24 degrees. He got us in and out and he even dropped us off at a hotel! He saved us a lot!

They overcharge for everything, any other shop on Ponca City is better than Jay Warner. The driver showed up drunk last time I HAD to use them as they were the only ones left. And no joke to my car to the wrong address. I had to call another wrecker service the next day to have it moved. Paid over a 100 at Jay Warner and only 40 bucks at TRM if I remember right. Either way it was a huge difference and I'll never make the mistake again.

I was towed home nearly 100 miles. These guys were quick communicators, prompt, on time, and excellent service. Not that I hope to but I would use again if ever mecessary.

My brother had his car towed and couldn’t get it out in time but I went in and the owner worked with me When he didn’t have to. Very nice and very professional!
