SCAM BUSINESS. Police automatically had this place tow my car after I was rear-ended. Was told by insurance to call & give Jerry's permission to release my car to insurance rep, which I did immediately. The woman who answered the call at Jerry's got all my info. My car has been there two days while Jerry's has ignored my insurance provider's calls/messages. They have refused to let my car go. This place will try and scam you out of money.

Towed car on Friday. Called them all weekend, no answer. Drove to lot, nothing. Kept car all weekend and charged me for both days. Asked why I was being charged when I was trying all weekend to get my car they said "most businesses aren't open on the weekend." Laughable.

Horrible service. Didn't want them to tow my car at an accident scene told them that I had aaa on the way and they hooked it up while I was busy talking with the police. And if they tow your car it's getting hauled on the back of an '84 p.o.s Chevy. Just horrible people to deal with I could go on and on.

Needed some to tow our car for us, reasonable pricing and Donna was extremely nice, and helpful. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I called and asked for a part, and they told me it would be available the next day. However, it took them three weeks to get back to me. By that time, I didn't need the part anymore.
