Overall, this is a good towing company/service. However, do not use this company if you need a receipt of any kind or proof of the towing. I had my jeep towed a few miles for $125 which I thought was pretty reasonable. My insurance offers something called road side assistance which will refund me up to $150 of towing fees if I just email them a receipt of the tow. The tow driver showed up and was very efficient and quick with the tow. True to his word, it cost $125. However, I texted the company (already had a text message thread going with them) and asked if getting a receipt was possible. I was ghosted on a response even though I could see the read receipt on the text message. I then proceeded to call them to ask over the phone and the call was ignored.Unfortunately, this means I cant get reimbursed for my towing fees. I would have probably given another star or two if they had the decency to just tell me up front that I couldn't get a receipt. I'm guessing this is so that it doesn't have to get reported on taxes. Less of a paper trail that way.If having a receipt isn't important to you, then this is a good service!

Beware: I can verify the other bad reviews that say dangerous drivers. I was stopped at a construction site with temporary stop lights to regulate one lane traffic. Pete, the owner, ran into my rear bumper while I was stopped at the red light with his tow truck. He then gave me a made up insurance company with made up numbers. This is insurance fraud! Bad drivers and dishonest also. He said he would take care of the damage but never would get back to me and didn't want the accident sent to his real insurance agent, thus the made up company that never heard of him.

Their driver had blocked off traffic completely while loading a vehicle on McNeilly road. They did not use any cones, and hadn't considered traffic flow at all. Traffic was diverted to a gas station parking lot, and it was chaos. I would look for a company that uses their brains

Pete was awesome at Tiffany’s. My father recently passed away and I had two cars that needed towed. A stick shift Miata (which I cannot drive) and a non running 1980 Porsche. When Pete arrived he was helpful from the beginning. We had to move the Miata in order to access the Porsche, so he jump started and moved the Miata for me. Once we had the cars towed, Pete again drove the Miata into the garage for us and helped push the Porsche around with 4 flat tires. This was beyond outstanding service. He was also very friendly, high recommend his business! Thanks again Pete for towing my dads cars!

Hats off to the guys at Tiffany’s Towing. The owner, Pete, had no problem accommodating me for a special request I had. I needed my 1970 Mustang towed by flatbed from Pittsburgh to Greensburg on a Sunday! His driver was knowledgeable, very experienced, and handled everything with kid glove care. His rates were very reasonable, and I was confident my classic car was being transported properly. Don’t hesitate to call Tiffany’s Towing for any towing need, large or small. I highly recommend them!

Great company! They are always there when I need them. I have used many different towing companies around the country moving equipment and I’m always fighting quality and price.Tiffany’s Towing has always been fair and efficient. Big or small they have gotten it done for me.

Today I witnessed one of their drivers, who was not only towing a car but had one on the flat bed, weaving in and out of traffic cutting cars off, speeding, running red lights and driving like a total lunatic. After seeing him repeatedly putting live in danger I had to post this review. You may want to see which one of your drivers was going through Cranberry today 12/23 towing a gray car that had a “got Manx” sticker on the back.

Don't believe what you see as to the things that they do because they don't do tire changes

My bf and I were driving in Pittsburgh and one of their drivers was getting prissy and tailgating us and other people because the driver wanted to go 80+mph. I never needed to tow a car but if I did I would not use this company considering the terrible driving their drivers do.
