Stopped by because I noticed the garage doors still opened and asked if they could put my new rotors and pads on. They did this for me on a Saturday last minute. Just wanted to say thank you the two guys that were super cool for doing the excellent work! Will be returning for basic maintenance!

5 Star folks! I ended up with a flat tire while up on a hike, I limped into Jim's 30 min before they closed on a Saturday on my spare tire and he fixed my tire and put it back on much faster than I ever expected. Thanks so much for saving my weekend, can't thank y'all enough!

Broke down at exit 100 going to ocracoke. Talk to some locals that recommend Jim's service center. They where great. Called them up and they came with rollback picked up the car and my wife and I. Fixed it in less than 2hrs and did a great job at a very reasonable rate. These guys are very professional. We finished our trip and had no problems at all. I don't like being broke down but it could not have happened at a better place. My wife and I are very pleased with the service. It was also a pleasure meeting these people. Good folks they are. We where in my wife's mercedes. These guys can fix foreign and domestic. So if you break down in a Porsche or Ferrari in that area don't be afraid that there is no one to fix it. These guys can handle it. I highly recommend them.Great job on the Mercedes guys. Thank you very much.

Terrible service. Waited 3 weeks for the mechanic to be able to get to my car to replace spark plugs and wires. Was told to drop it off in the morning and that they open at 7 am. No one showed up until 7:50 am. And after waiting all day with no vehicle the mechanic calls me at 3 pm to tell me hes not able to do the job its to hard for him to do. Worst auto repair experience i've ever had. Will never recommend this shop for any kind of work to be done

By far the worst service I have EVER received. Went in just to have them look at a part on my car to send me in the right direction of what needs to be done. They charge me 50$ just for looking at my car. We agreed on 17$ for the antifreeze they put into my car. Then double charged me to get their money. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Very sexist against women.
