Rich was fantastic. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere. I found Hamby's via AAA and Rich was there in 15 mins. He was careful with my car and he had a top-notch flatbed. He found a good shop and call the owner on a Sunday night to ensure that my car could be repair the next morning. Rich then took me to a clean hotel and waiting to make sure that I was all set with a room before leaving. Rich is a super nice guy and he really goes out of his way to take care of people. Mr. Hamby and his associate SAVED the day for my wife and I! We were on our way to Tennessee with our camper when my truck's turbo went out on Black Mountain. It was a crazy busy day today and all wrecker and towing businesses were stretched thin. After 3 hours of trying to find help to get back home we finally found Hamby's Towing ,which called me back and saved the day!
