Only good thing about this place: They might have your part.Everything else is terrible. They have you waiting forever while they’re “getting your parts” with no updates. They just walk by, smoking their cigarettes, doing whatever they’re doing. The customer service is absolutely terrible. And they’re not even rude, it’s just lazy and move with no sense of urgency.Over a 2 day period, I waited for 2 hours for a rim I called ahead about twice. They’re excuse I’d always that they have 1 picker. They have like 5 people out back and 4 people inside, looks like some training needs to happen.Update: their inventory was wrong so I ended up not getting my part.

I visited this place for a passenger side mirror for my pickup truck and luckily the part was in stock.The only issue I had was the wait time. I had to wait 30 minutes before I got the part.I would plan ahead and be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for your part while visiting.Other than that, everything worked out.

Jonesboro Auto Salvage Saved Me $490 bucks for parts I needed to fix my Nissan.Moreover, they gave me the entire section for only $75 bucks.They were very knowledgeable about what I needed, they found the part, and they are very Professional and courteous throughout the entire process.Moreover, this is the second time they came to the rescue for cheap parts for my foreign luxury cars.This is my go to spot for all parts I need for my car business.I highly recommend them because they save me time money energy and stress🤑❣️💁🏽‍♀️

I called in and was told that they have the part and was quoted a price. I was told that they can't pull the part until I get there and that they close at 5:30. I drove over an hour, got ther at 10 minutes after 5 to be told that they can't pull the part until tomorrow and that I could call ahead to make sure that they have it...It's not worth the agrevation, buy from carpartz.com

Don’t waste you gas and time!!!! I called and they tell me to come out and gave me a price for the part. Just to tell me that they can’t sell it. WTH… I guess my gas and time is free. So don’t trust what they tell you. Better yet take your chances on another yard.

Jonesboro Salvage is my local go-to for used parts Brian, Courtney, Dan, Rod and the crew have helped me rebuild my '02 Mustang from a lump of coal (left) to a diamond in the rough (3 pics on right) the convertible top, seats, straight back exhaust pipes and countless other parts I can't recall on all my familycars.From day one they have never once made me feel like the know-nothing-about-cars-girl I really am...

Went here to buy a radiator. The man who got the radiator for me cut the cords so I couldn’t even use it. They don’t do refunds so due to his careless, I’m out of $100.

They say they have a part and give you a price then when you call back they all of a sudden Dont have that part… idk if its a poor communication on their part or they just like to waste your time. Pretty annoying to have one person tell you its there and another person says another

Honestly 0 star ! They sold us a motor and it has a hole in the block so we ask for a refund back and they refuse to give it to us instead they swap it with a different one but worse. It also has the same problem and many metal shavings in the oil pan. This junk yard shop is a whole finesse and not to mention they sold the first motor to someone else knowing that the product isn’t working. Now that we came back the third time they took 20% off of the amount that we paid. I do not recommend this junk yard shop to anyone because they are junky and all they want is your money.Today is February 2nd and I wrote the first post 2 weeks ago. Mind you my mechanic returned the motor and he inform us that they are doubling the 20% lol this is ridiculous. These people are mad because they couldn’t get the whole thing now they are trying to find a way to get more money from us. It seem that the shop isn’t making enough for you to be this desperate and be greedy when the product was returned. Where are the generosity? Lol I attach the photo of the guy that were trying to finesse us.

Don’t go here told me they had the part drove a hr away to get it just to find out it’s already been bent and welded took the part back at 11:30 am it’s 2 o’clock now still waiting for part
