It is unfortunate when customer service is not honored. It was a 1 hour drive, I purchased a part, a plug was missing. I took it back and was told all purchases are as is, I said I don't see a sign saying that. I was told it is on the back of your receipt. The person was so rude. I would have felt better if as a professional courtesy it was said, "We will honor the return this time, since you were not aware". I won't go there again an I will not recommend anyone else to go.

The guys who takes calls told me they had both parts I needed. Drive a hour and didn’t have the parts this place is trash 🗑️

I called in and was told that they had what I needed in inventory even letting me know how much they cost! I drove 30 mins to this SALVAGE place and the heavy set guy front desk was rude! I walk up told him I need hubcaps for my car Chevy Malibu 2014 we don’t sell them period.. I walk out and said no let me go back and I mentioned the phone call and once another worker was at the desk he begin to ask more questions concerning my request even pulling up the same hubcaps described on the phone call! It make no sense to be a rude person in service! I will never come back here again! He needs to away from customers just lazy and rude

Establishment is really rude.. there only good for getting your parts sometimes.. try your luck somewhere else you want good customer service.

Nice family owned and ran. It's a salvage yard so it is what it is simple enough. The part I needed was a dealer only antenna mounting piece that without it no radio at all. Yet Ford I would have had to special order and bought. You pull your own parts and they send someone out with you to locate the vehicle for you. Making the process much easier, faster and more efficient. The entire process 1was better than expected. It was a pleasure believe it or not. I got the right parts easier than I thought it would be. Best of all. They said it wasn't a part they would inventory and gave it to me free of charge. How can it get any better than that? Seriously. Hopefully I won't need to go there again. But if the need does arise that I'm in need of any type of used car parts. They're definitely going to be the first place I'll contact without question.

Jonesboro Auto Salvage Saved Me $490 bucks for parts I needed to fix my Nissan. Moreover, they gave me the entire section for only $75 bucks. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed, they found the part, and they are very Professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Moreover, this is the second time they came to the rescue for cheap parts for my foreign luxury cars. This is my go to spot for all parts I need for my car business. I highly recommend them because they save me time money energy and stress🤑❣️💁🏽♀️

This place is completely unprofessional. I called several times sometime picked up and hung the phone up repeatedly. Paid for a part told me to come back the next day to pick it up part wasn’t ready waited several hours the following day . Wouldn’t recommend this place at all . AVOID

After checking their inventory online, I called on Thursday afternoon for a certain colored body part. The guy on the phone said that they had it in stock but I couldn't make it there before their closing time that day. So, I decided to go there next day in the afternoon. I drove over an hour to get there. The person at the counter said that they will need to pull the part out which would be about 45 mins. So, we left to go get food since I had my kids with me. Then we came back and same person was like " ohh the part you need it all smashed up and it is not usable". Why didn't you tell me that when I called a day before????? Or why did you list a part if it was not good. Totally unethical, unorganized. Will not go there again. Don't trust what they tell you over the phone. They think that their time is valuable, but others are not. Go buy your parts somewhere else.

Great staff very helpful and friendly. The girls in the front Chelsea and Nikki specifically are very helpful hell all the girls in the office the parts runner's and mechanics specifically Michael is a very skilled person needs to be in his own a/c conditioned shop area. The way they run it is 100%.. They deserve a raise for all that hard work and help running that place as professional as they do. The owner of the company should be extremely proud to have staff like that to help run the business.

They too they time but did a marvelous job getting me my gas tank for my 2013 Volkswagen would definitely recommend!!! I’ll be back for that turbo 💯
- EEsau Vasquez
If I could give this place a ZERO star rating I would. I came from 2 hours away because I was told that they had a part I was looking for just to get here and be told that they didn’t have it. What a JOKE. Would NOT recommend this place.

can a salvage yard be a friendly place to visit? Jonesboro Salvage is my local go-to for used parts Brian, Courtney, Dan, Rod and the crew have helped me rebuild my '02 Mustang from a lump of coal (left) to a diamond in the rough (3 pics on right) the convertible top, seats, straight back exhaust pipes and countless other parts I can't recall on all my familycars. From day one they have never once made me feel like the know-nothing-about-cars-girl I really am...

I am recently helping one of my buddy to fix his 2012 ford edge. We bought some plastic body parts, like bumper cover, radiator support and headlights. He charged us ahead of removing the parts. Well after we see the parts, all of them are broken ones. The owner said he welded all the broken places and they should work as new ones. Well those welded places all broke when we install them because they just cheating. just welded the surface and easy to drop off even before you install them.

Great customer service. Very friendly environment. If you are looking for car parts you need to visit them. They have tons of cars .

Heed every bad review here as a warning. They advertised having a part I needed on a website that searches the ENTIRE USA for parts. My partner and I called numerous times to double check that they had it, Dan even claimed to go look inside the vehicle and confirmed the part was there, before ultimately having to drive 140mi round trip to pay for it due to issues with their system. Only to get a call this morning, as we were headed to pick up the part, “they searched their entire lot for it yesterday, and it seems it had been previously sold”. So not only have we gone 280mi all together for a nonexistent part, I am also currently awaiting a refund of over $400. Someone lied somewhere, and again, this was a website that searches the entire USA, how had that not been updated before this morning as well? Dan was condescending, pushy and rude throughout the entirety of the process. 10/10 I would not recommend.

It a good experience they help me I got what I needed

Big guy that seats behind desk is extremely rude. I’m a young female and literally needed assistance with getting parts. I bought an alternator from them and they said it had been tested and was good. Put the alternator in after returns from a week bday trip and car cut off after 2 miles. I was 3 days pass my warranty and they wouldn’t even try to work with me. Tried to receive store credit for a cheaper part, that they priced for the same amount as alternator and rude big guy behind counter said ,” Have a nice day!” The disrespect and attitude from a grown man was completely unnecessary. They discriminate and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited this place about a month ago I called needed a window for rear window on Mercury mountaineer they said they had one I said would be there next day when they opened. Arrived when they opened said it would be an hour or so to get window I said ok. Went to get breakfast returned about an hour lady said you right on time they had my window loaded in my vehicle quoted price from day b4 and was the same price 😊 I did have to return to get some screws and they gave them to me no problem. This salvage is top notch I appreciate their professionalism and customer service 👏🏿 🙌🏿 👌🏿 👍🏿. I definitely will visit again when I'm in need of parts. I didn't get names but thanks so much for your help 🌝🌝🙏🏿🙏🏿

Only good thing about this place: They might have your part. Everything else is terrible. They have you waiting forever while they’re “getting your parts” with no updates. They just walk by, smoking their cigarettes, doing whatever they’re doing. The customer service is absolutely terrible. And they’re not even rude, it’s just lazy and move with no sense of urgency. Over a 2 day period, I waited for 2 hours for a rim I called ahead about twice. They’re excuse I’d always that they have 1 picker. They have like 5 people out back and 4 people inside, looks like some training needs to happen. Update: their inventory was wrong so I ended up not getting my part.

I purchased a rear end for a 2007 Chevy suburban, I was sold a rear end for a 2002 Tahoe completely the wrong part I called them back and explain to them that the speed sensors was not the same. He told me that I told him that the truck was a 2002 so I had to pay my mechanic to uninstall the rear end so I could take it back when I got back to the savage yard they had another rear end which was already damage I refuse to take the damage rear end so they told me they had another one in the yard which took them 4 days to pull it was a nightmare I wanted my money back but they told me it would be a restocking fee for their mistake. They told me that they were professionals, and that it was my fault because I told them that it was a 2002 truck on a vehicle that I drive every day and that they were specialist do not depend on them to be your part specialist they will sell you what they have available in the yard

Awesome, Loved it!! Family oriented, reasonable prices, and I got just what I needed reasonably quick. I will make sure I keep spreading the word and keep on referring everyone I know or anyone who might need there services. Blessed to finally be able to part and never have to go back to Pull-a-Part ever again.. Keep Up the Awesome Work.. Thanks again..

I would give no star if I could. My mechanic bought a used transmission back in June for my mustang. I noticed a tapping noise once he repaired the car. He took the transmission back out the car and returned it to Jonesboro Auto Salvage. They informed him that the transmission was good and it could be the Fly Wheel. My mechanic put the transmission back in my car and told me everything was fine. I got my car back mid August and on September 23rd my car start acting up again. I had my car towed back to my mechanic and he told me on 10/10 that the transmission was bad and Jonesboro Salvage says it's nothing can do about it. I don't think that's fair to me as a customer. I paid over $1500 for the transmission and $1000 for labor. Jonesboro Salvage gives a 30 day warranty on transmissions. I just spoke with the manager and he said his technicians thoroughly checked the transmission. How????? I know the transmission is used and I'm taking a chance but I returned the transmission for the noise. The Technicians couldn't have thoroughly checked the transmission. I'm not sure what to do but I'm going to seek legal advise. This isn't right at all......

Called ahead to have the part pulled and ready when I got there with my small children and waited two hours, get there and I get " oh I thought he got" "-no I told you to get it" and had to wait another hour after they pulled the wrong part the day before, being the reason I called ahead in the first place. The ladies that worked there were nice but the guys....they all looked like they had better things to do. Including the office manager. But over all. I got what I needed, at a good price. Thank you guys.
- KKenny Davis
Ive been going here since2004 and i have not ever left empty handed. If you need a part theres a 95% chance they will have it. And no tools necessary because they pull it for you and no worries about price because they competetive and more than likely cheaper than everyone else. My advice try them like i did and youll find yourself being a happy repeat customer. Hats off to this family owned business.
- CCP30
I visited this place for a passenger side mirror for my pickup truck and luckily the part was in stock. The only issue I had was the wait time. I had to wait 30 minutes before I got the part. I would plan ahead and be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for your part while visiting. Other than that, everything worked out.

We have 4 cars worked on at home over the last ten years and I have NEVER had a bad experience with the sales departmenr in person or on the phone even when I didn't know what I was talking about. Service pulled me the right part at a reasonable price or gave me the logical solution. When I don't need new I go to Jonesboro Auto Salvage first and every time

My customer purchased an engine for his Cherokee. We were told the engine came out of the same vehicle my customer owns. I was told once the engine was removed that they needed to swap some things over & they needed to do it in order to keep the warranty. No problem. We pick the engine up & it has the wrong flex plate/shim. After we return to get the correct plate we then return to the job & continue the install. Still not correct, Mike did come out & take care of the issue (awesome guy with a lot of knowledge) which we did appreciate them coming to fix their mistake. Overall I felt like we were lied to from the beginning purchase all the way to the end of the job. They would rather argue over a situation instead of of resolving the issue. I hate leaving a negative review, especially when it’s in the auto repair field but you guys earned it! Hopefully they can improve in the future but for now I will not take my business to Jonesboro Auto Salvage.

I should have listened to the other reviews. I went ahead and ordered a steering column for one of my Ford work trucks. Saod they would ship it out right away....but had to call day after day after day to get these people to ship it. Finally got it from UPS ground about a week later. It was just thrown into a oversized box with no protection and proper packing materials. And of course it came broken. Called them up and said I received it broken. They said send us pictures. They really didn't want to refund me for the part. They said ship the part back to us and we will refund you. Cost me $55 to ship UPS ground back to them. Which obviously I had to eat. They didn't offer to pay for shipping. I don't know what good a broken steering column will do them. Overall dealing with them was a pain in the neck. I would never recommend them. Big-time disappointment!
