Horrible customer service experience. Walked into building no greeting. Was told to wait outside until they pulled the part. But they had 2 other ppl, another race, nothing was said to them. Waited about 15-20 minutes while they pulled the part. The guy came out & whistled outside as if he was calling an animal. If I did not need the part, I would have left & went somewhere else. They need be thankful for their customers & improve on their customer service.

Dan from Jonesboro auto salvage is very unprofessional. After selling a bad motor customers complained about everything they’ve had to change out for warranty to be valid he told the customer to go to another shop when the problem is the motor is bad they don’t want to pay for the extra work
