The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and even went to the yard to check that the part I needed was still on the vehicle. Took me about 30 minutes to get there and she checked me in and described where the vehicle was in the lot. I grabbed my tools and was able to get the part...plus a grabbed a couple of other interior parts that I needed. Got checked out for less than $50 and was on my way. It was a easy process and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Be careful of the junkyard dog though (see photo). Ha!

As a shop this was probably one of the least stressful transactions and finding a part and getting it here same day. One problem happened and they fixed it right away.We will be going here more often.

Love this place! The sales representatives are very sweet they give you a reasonable price and compare prices with other yards around. I’ve always bought my parts here and I won’t stop coming ! Every time I come in I walk out satisfied!!

WARNING!!!!!! Do not buy anything from these crooks. They will sell engines that they say have low miles but it’s not true. I bought an engine with supposed to have 90,000 miles. But it wasn’t true it had more like 300,000 according to the compression and 6 exhaust bolts where broken in the head and they had silicone holding them in place. I did a lot of work on this engine to get it where it ran ok. But after getting random misfire codes I did a compression test and all cylinders had bad compression. So due to all this extra work I didn’t get my core back in time. They refused to give me another engine.

Would give negative numbers today if i could. I own a small auto repair shop 35 miles from Patino/JPH, and have been traveling from Quinlan to Bach Springs for 5 years now and always had descent luck. Today they denied warranty on a $1600 motor all because their driver didn't take the core back when he dropped off the new motor 2 weeks ago. this motor is knocking and rattling and im out about two hrs drive time, 45 min wait time, 2 days on a job and now $1600, motor they delivered looked like it had been out in the weather for a while, BUT " they guarantee it", will not go back and will not recommend.

They are very slow and unorganized. Don't expect to be in and out quickly. Don't have inventory well organized, they had to search for an hour to find a motor. They do offer 60 warranty on used motor which is higher than most places**UPDATE**When I returned my core today, the very nice young lady apologized for the experience I had the other day. I appreciate her acknowledgment of my previous issue and hope they continent to better their business.

Real good prices and they'll work with you. Let you check out the part. Bought a transmission there. Good deal. It's used parts, you know what you're getting into.

But I contacted this place about use headlight assembly for a Ford Ranger wish they had several in stock we were extremely rude and told me a outrageous price. I could buy a brand new one for less than what they were asking for a used one, when I pointed this out I got very smart alecky and basically told me go screw myself and by the new one they didn't want my business. I try to keep my business dealings with local businesses but when you have a local business that has the attitude of this one it's really hard to do. I wanted to keep it local but ended up buying two new headlamps from Amazon for my Ranger 4 less than one would cost here !

Good service, reasonable pricing. They stand by their parts.Purchased transmission for 2007 Freestyle. With core return, received 60 day warranty. Transmission wound up having problems. Although they did not have another of the same transmission, they acquired another vehicle, and had another transmission within days.They went above and beyond to do the right thing.Likewise satisfied with prior purchases of body parts, interior parts, etc.Although I have to travel 85 miles to this yard, I can make the trip in confidence that they will have the parts I need and stand behind unforeseen problems occasionally encountered buying used parts.
