From the first inquiry on line, Junk Goats was very responsive and professional. They gave an estimate and didn’t raise the price when we added an additional piece of furniture for removal. The employees were dressed in their logo shirts and arrived in their awesome truck with the same logo. Two hours later our condo building basement was spotless! They are the most impressive company I have seen in a long time. The young owner is super nice and obviously runs a successful company. I have used Junk Goats twice now. First time was to clean out a house that was sold and second time was to clean out my mothers room in an assisted living facility. I’m very happy with the service I received. Scheduling is very efficient and timely. I appreciate the call when they are on their way and reminder texts the day before my appointment.
