Amazing company, I’ve used them twice now. The first time I used them, it was easy and comfortable. Very accommodating staff; from the initial phone call, to follow up phone calls, to communication with the first driver to communication with the second driver to the final bill. I live in Massachusetts, but we had to clean out a house in Alexandria, VA in November (our first time using Junk King). Such a smooth transaction, and in MA, I use disposal companies a lot. I was blown away. I think I may have even written a positive review, because this kind of service needs to be noticed. I had to go down AGAIN last weekend to finalize the house clean out and the FIRST CALL was to Junk King at 6:30p (past normal business hours). My wife said to call in the morning, but I said, “I bet they answer. I’ve got that feeling”. They did and I had a dumpster scheduled for two days later. I wish they were up here in MA! Andre and his partner were extremely thorough & professional. They needed to remove my basement door to get the elliptical machine out and they did it quickly and easily. I only had a couple things to get rid of and they also helped me move another piece downstairs. Very considerate. I did a search for furniture removal and this was my first and only call! The service rep who helped me on the phone was very helpful. When I had a last minute change, they cancelled and rescheduled with no problem. I had a family member there to supervise and they were perfectly kind an professional.
