The project scheduler responded quickly and set everything up really fast. She was very professional. The 3 guys that came for the removal were extremely polite and professional. We had a pool table removed and it was done in half an hour. They were hardworking and conscientious. The lead person explained the services and the costs accurately and it came out a little less expensive than we expected. I scheduled an appointment online the day before my new sofa delivery. Online booking was easy. Received calls and texts the morning of pickup confirming but also asking if I was available earlier as the teams were close to my residence completing another job. We have used Junk King twice now and the service has been excellent in every respect. Courteous, efficient, and fairly priced. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

They were fast and got stuff done well. But during the process they kept under estimating the cost. For me, the price doubled from first estimate given on the spot. They also showed up 2+ hours early and acted like they were behind when I was asking questions at the end.Additionally, many of the crew were not wearing masks most of or part of the time. They corrected this when asked.They "filled" a truck, but it already had a huge king size mattress in it when they showed up. And I didn't get a good look at what else was in there already (if anything).But they do a good job and follow requests and instructions. I just wish the process didn't feel like incremental up-selling. And I think their prices might be high, but they sure get it done fast.They also put random stuff in my trash bin instead of their truck. Packing in as much as they could on the top of what was in the bin already.Edit: They are promising a refund on Monday for the mattress that was already in the first truck. And are refunding the promotions promised on their website that were not applied to the total I paid. Junky company.We have a portfolio of rental properties, Unfortunately we had a bad tenant in this unit and needed assistance.Junk king did not finish clean up of the job which cost me another $1030.00 for another company to finish what I already paid over $1000 to junk kind to do.Unfortunately they demanded payment on site which I did over the phone without inspecting the unit first. Mostly because they called me no less than seven times in a 45 minute period even though I stated that I was in meetings for the next few hours, incredibly unprofessional.Once I inspected the unit the next day they had not cleaned an entire bay of the two bay garage, and left enough junk laying around and in the cupboards that I had to hire another company to finish.They stated food had maggots and flies in the fridge so they would t take it, ok sounds good except Look at the photos, everything is still frozen and the food was still consumable in fridge. Other company took it no problem.There was a literal pickup truck load of stuff they left behind.I have text messages to the manager on site stating exactly what was to be done which they confirmed was not a problem…. Didn’t get done.When I brought up my grievances to the manager and then to the customer service they promised me the owner would call and resolve the issue, we’ll it’s been over a month and no word so here I am writing my first negative review ever.It seems like they have a very high rating on google but I’ve told no less than five other major property owners in Dane county to avoid this company because clearly the reviews don’t tell the whole story.If I hear from the owner and they resolve the issue I’ll happily edit this review.Services: Junk removal, House & garage cleanouts
