The response was superb. We had a broken down Hot Tub that was an eyesore. The workers were ahead of scheduled time and called to see if they could come early.Totally professional and extremely courteous. They removed all of the materials in a timely manner.We are all senior citizens and incapable of doing this job.We are elated with the service and very pleased with the cost.Couldn't say thank you enough.

The guys provided service on same day as quote and broke up concrete slab, removed and hauled away. In addition, they hand graded the soil to meet the adjacent lawn as a nice gesture to the elderly homeowners. Without a doubt, pleased and satisfied. Would recommend without reservation..

In terms of availability, communication, and professionalism - Junk King is the fantastic. They’re the jiffy lube of junk pick-up - literally. I’ve used them twice for two bulk pick-ups when I’ve gone through minor renovations and either the city or a contractor fell short on their removal promise. The first transaction went super smooth and overall, a fair price. When I called them for the second pick-up (after seeing an email with a Labor Day discount), they were triple the price from the first - how that happens WITH a discount offer is beyond me given that the second pick-up wasn’t much more than the first. Being put on the spot, I was faced with either paying them to take it or deal with the city about junk in my yard. The guys I’ve dealt with for both transactions were very nice but I get the feel they throw out an ambiguous number versus a set standard. Unfortunately, given the STEEP price of the second transaction, I’ll rent a trailer and take any bulk items to the county waste moving forward. If you don’t have the ability to take your own bulk items, pay the premium for Junk King.

Was really counting on this being an easy reasonable experience removing the last big furniture pieces in a two bedroom apartment. Scheduling was easy, communications were great, show time was perfect, but did NOT appreciate the surprise of being quoted $1800. WAYYYY TO MUCH for what needed to be done. Had them remove couch and mattresses for 300 and rented a uhaul and disposed of it myself. Their business model is the price ambush. Had they told me it would be anywhere near that I would have made other plans.Services: Furniture removal, House & garage cleanouts

The two gentlemen that came out for the removal a lawn tractor, that had a flat tire, and that turned out to be rather difficult to move. The two of them persevered and were able to devise a way to remove the tractor. I could not be more pleased with their service, ability, and professionalism. Well done.
