Great experience dealing with Justin and Stephanie from AAA Rousse Boat Removal. Justin removed a derilic boat from my canal that I acquired when I purchased the property. The boat was deep under silt and sludge and had oysters encrusting the entire boat - he made quick work of the boat dislodging it and then cutting it up and was very careful not to damage any of my landscaping or lawn in the process. Excellent job overall & was very professional - super impressed with Justin as he’s a great guy to work with. Updated in response to owners comment: This is the exact tone I got on the phone when I just called to inquire about his business. I clearly stated that I didn't use their services. And I clearly said that he basically said it wasn't worth it. He told me his minimum was $175 and when I tried to ask what else I could have hauled away he patronized me. A business owner who threatens to file a lawsuit over a bad Google review sounds off-putting. I will never recommend this company and I welcome his lawyer's call. ...Original review: Tried to get information on hauling a large couch away and the guy was rude on the phone. Basically said it wasn't worth his time and their minimum price was $175. He didn't even let me ask question without sounding put out. Hard to believe some small business owners are so rude. I get it might not be worth his time, but word of mouth is everything. I was shocked enough by his response to leave this poor review.
