I called JunkSmart to help me remove 2 old water heaters, a broken water softener, old TV antenna, and some cement chunks leftover from repairing my fence.The water heaters and water softener were in a crawlspace under my kitchen that was only accessible through a hatch door and ladder. Removal would require the items to be lifted over head without any assistance from stairs.Josh and his helper came right on time, assessed the crawlspace and items. They were able to remove one water heater. They tried to move the other items in the crawlspace, but due to the heavy weight they were not able to. They advised me on how to move forward taking the remaining water heater and water softener apart to remove in pieces. Josh even advised me how to run some water out of my current water heater periodically to keep hard water sediment from building up.The TV antenna and cement blocks were picked up easily and loaded into the trailer quickly. Check out was simple and quick. The cost was less than originally quoted and payment was easily made by card on site.I would recommend JunkSmart to anyone needing assistance with getting old stuff out of their house/ property. Once I get the remaining water heater and water softener out of the crawlspace I'll call JunkSmart back to haul them away.

I don't own a truck or want to trouble myself with obtaining one, but JunkSmart provides my solution. They hauled an old couch out of my basement and to the junkyard at a very reasonable price. Their service was courteous and quick. I was very satisfied.

When my freezer died I was not sure how to deal with it. I was referred to JunkSmart by a friend. They were great to work with. They made an appointment but then called to let me know exactly what time they would be there. I appreciated the fact that they respected my time. When they arrived yhe worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again.

JunkSmart showed up in the morning 9:00AM to remove our old non-usable hot tub. It took them about an about an hour and half to cut it up into smaller pieces to be hauled away. They did a thorough job of cleaninging up the debris, leaving no mess behind. What impressed my wife was their professionalism, courtesy, a their smiles while doing the job.

I contacted Junk Smart because we had some heavy stuff that would be difficult for my husband and I to move. I sent pictures of everything that I wanted removed and junk smart replied with how their pricing works and we scheduled a time for them to give me an estimate. I wasn’t home when they came over, but they called me to verify what I wanted removed and they gave me a price. They were able to take everything at the time of the bid and I was able to pay over the phone. It was so nice to come home and have everything gone! They texted me a picture of everything loaded onto their trailer too! They were professional, didn’t make a mess, and I liked that they called to verify everything they were supposed to take and that they sent me a picture when they were done. I will definitely use them again when needed.
